Excellent full range of different sports labels and great prices. Great to shop there with friendly helpful staff.
Click and collect is quick and efficient, the staff are well trained and happy to fetch the items. Most things are in stock and the staff are always pleasant.

Extremely rude staff at times people at checkout are ok but the rest in particular management have been aweful

Interesting retail business with no specific service unless asked for. Staff are alway polite and at POS are efficient. Joondalup IMO is the best laid out and easiest to shop in. The standards vary from store to store but I feel Joondalup is the neatest and easiest to find what you need. Prices are sound. Loyalty program is a joke. There are no perks, it’s a cheeky way to create a database.
Vast range of sport products, clothing and equipment. Sale items are great. Well patronized by the public.
This must be the best shop in Joondalup for customer service. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to help me every time I shop there. Whoever trains these sales assistants needs to be commended. Thanks Rebel staff for taking the stress out of Christmas shopping.
