Been coming here for a while

Went in to get my jersey heat pressed they did really well

Love the basketball court and the soccer field

And really friendly staff will be coming back here again

Walked in to get some Gym shoes and spoke with Anthony, Dude was confident that he knew what he was talking about and gave me some great suggestions, Landed on a pair that suited me and my training needs, I asked if he could direct me to some other items and he showed me some other suggestions that suited me, helped me out with a knee brace and compression. Best service experience i have encountered in a Rebel sports store, I could tell he has a passion for his work and I managed to spend more than i came in to but Very pleased and confident in my purchases.

Loving the new store. Dropped in to buy new netball shoes for my daughter and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm loving the in-house basketball court

Good layout, staff friendly but a little thin on the ground. Nice clean and tidy.well lit.good store. A bit weird being organized by brand over any other discernible feature.

Nike shirts where cheaper here then at the Nike store.reasonable colour range, good quality products.

I attended Rebel Joondalup this morning to make a purchase. I arrived just before 9am. There was already three people waiting. At about 5 past 9 one of the customers call the shop as it was not yet open. The call went unanswered. At about 8 mins past people emerged from a room at the back of the shop. A couple of women walked to the door to open it still talking to other staff. By this time one customer had left. She put the key in the door and started to open it the stoped continuing to talk to a staff member. Finally at 9.10am the door was opened. No apologies. People are busy and I knowmI for one dont want nor expect to be waiting for a shop to open especially when I have checked the opening time beforehand.

Always helpful and kind staff here, but Olivia went above and beyond to help me find some wrist hooks today. I really appreciated the effort she put into looking in the back and downstairs storage for them, and offered to arrange another store hold them for me. You don't always find brilliant staff like that on a busy Saturday!

Sells a huge amount of various brand name clothes that have a 50% markup because it has a tick on it, or more commonly just a shirt that simply has the name of the company and that's it, no visible design or anything unique about it at all, yet once you put that worldwide famous brand shirt on you are immediately better than everyone around you. Period.

Will definitely be shopping here again as I love the massive amount of runners they have to offer. I was there to get a pair for my wife but the girl (named Noor I think) could not find the last box. She called me on my way home and held them for me behind the counter so I could pick them up the following day. A very nice gesture and also gave me a very nice discount. This customer service is exactly whats needed these days and I really hope that Noor gets recognised for her great work ethic and customer service.

Lack of customer service on a busy Saturday morning with staff standing around watching one member trying to serve a line of 15 deep waiting.

I bought a pair of shoes and they didn’t even check I had both right feet shoes in there which I took them home. So had to drive back to change them. Staff is really polite and nice but they need to pay more attention to things and payment.

Louise at the Joondalup store was an amazing help recently - an absolute retail champion full of assistance and going above an beyond to ensure i got what i needed. Thanks Louise!

Staff are always extremely helpful & knowledgeable here. We recieved the best customer service today from A lovely lady Emma she took the time to help us find new soccer boots for my very fussy 4 year old son. She was so patient & understanding with him. She really went out of her way to assist us! Thank you

You should sell figure skates or at least the Jackson selection there's only two skate shops in all of Perth so lots of people would buy

Normally have very friendly and helpful staff however today the person at checkout had horrible customer service. Me and my partner were trying to do an afterpay but the app was having problems, she had a bad attitude about it. I decided to just pay it outright and she said are you ready now? With alot of attitude.

This place has it all, and the staff are exceptional. My best experience with Rebel yet and I've been to a number of their other stores.

Ordered an item and supposed to pick up @ Joondalup. Was then offered an option to deliver to my place as the item was not available. Patiently waited for three weeks without any update. Emailed them and the shop manager told me it was not his concern now and asked me to call the hot line and find the hotline number yourself on the website.

If you want customer service, go somewhere!

Was not happy with the customer service in store today I had just finished a long shift at the hospital and thought I would pop in to get some new gym shoes only to be bluntly ingnored for at least 10 minutes there where 2 people surving 1 person each yet not one asked if I needed anything or said ill be with you in a minute looking round there was at least 3 other staff members around tidying shelves once again they all looked over and no one asked can I help you with anything, though considering I had two pairs of shoes it's not hard to acknowledge someone with this experience I spoke to the lady at the front desk how appalled I was at the customer service being an ex retail manager myself I was amazed and disappointed in my customer experience.
