Despite the unprecedented situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Melanie Mitchell has shown a great attitude and interest in helping me sell my property. I will never recommend remax for any renters, we had a horrific experience when our ceiling collapsed at 2am (after we had been sending picture of it sagging everyday for a week) we were left with no ceiling in our lounge room for almost 2 months during the winter season leading to illness among other things, and even though a dead rat and its droppings came down with the ceiling all over the carpet the room was not fumigated. Then when sewer water started to come up the shower and in our back garden (twice) our calls were ignored for 3 days, only when i threatened to get my own plumber in and send them the bill did i get a reply and then the issue was blamed on us even though we later came to find out it had been an issue for years. WE Were told to treat a serious ant infestation and bees nest ourselves. There were many many other issues and even after i had made a formal complaint to multiples levels of management we did not receive any apology for the treatment we received and nothing was done about the property managers behaviour, quite frankly it disgusts me that anyone would allow someone to live in the conditions that we had to endure due to sheer incompetence and ignorance
I am living on rent for many years and had been with few rental agents but Remax is the worst. They are not helpful at all no matter how big issues with the property and then blame everything on tenants eventually.
They have a lady working with them named Mandy, she is very rude and not cooperative at all. She was always complaining about the condition of property even the property was well cleaned by professional cleaner. She once issued us breach notice for a waterbill even bill was paid days ago.
I have dealt with Shannon from REMAX Southern Stars on several occasions. Her professionalism and attention to detail set her apart from the rest.
Shannon Stone has previously looked after my property while it was being rented out. My house was on the rental market for 2 days before she had somebody sign up for the property. Shannon was very thorough in her inspections and the communication I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Shannon for anyone.
Excellence Services, Friendly Easy Going and VERY HELPFUL. HAPPY with Alex Mitchell as well their staff too. They are helpful and I bought the property via them.
They don't want kids coming in to open home inspections. So if you are a family with young kids make sure you leave them behind. FYI Tom Cleary's personal advice to me at 25 Matthew Ave Leeming
Reply to Tom- So what exactly were my kids doing that was so unacceptable Tom? Please elaborate before you class my review as untrue. Perhaps you were having a bad day with your own kids. We have been to many inspections with our kids and not a single agent has told us what you did. We are aware of how real estate works because we have many properties ourselves.
One of the worst services ever received. When wanted after sale services for the property because of missing details. Told can’t be of further help, been stuck as a messenger.
My husband an i would like to thank Tom an Nat Cleary for being so professional an making the whole selling process seem so easy, we put our home on the market one day an under offer within 4 days thankyou guys so much for everything.
Registered to attend one of the rentals managed by this company. The inspection was scheduled from 4.45 pm. Recieved a text message before two hours of the inspection to confirm my attendance which I did.
Yet the agent was not on site at 4.45 pm. We waited till 4.57 pm and then left.
Very very unprofessional of REMAX! Definitely WILL not deal with REMAX, specially this Franchise!
I am a tenant at Sunlong apartment in Cannington. On 4th Oct, the wall in my bedroom fell off, I reported it to the agent (Mandy Zhou), they told me to live in the other places at this property. However, I decided to move out to live at somewhere due to the concern about the safety of the property.
On 8th Oct, I have been told by the agent that the wall has fixed and I could move back to the property. On the same day, I went back to the property to check the wall, however, they did not completely change the wall, all they did was push the old wall back and repainted it, there was a strong smell of formaldehyde which I think it was not a safe condition for me to live in.
I reported these issues to the agent and the building director (Sean Xing) and wish they could solve these problems, I also asked for a safety report of the wall repairment, however they couldn't offer me legit paperwork that says the condition of the bedroom is safe for me to live.
