Avoid this agent at all costs. The agent was super friendly, took multiple calls, and told me they'd present an offer if I put it in the next day with other offers and gave a price guide - however after submitting the document (didn't even send me a proper offer document but rather an "expression of interest") the agent would not accept a call, reply to the email, or even acknowledge by text that he had received the document! Definitely avoid this agent - it was the most unprofessional experience ever.

Joeanne is awesome at her job. Professional, always available, know what she is doing and did a fantastic work for us. Joeanne (Jo) has provided outstanding service throughout our property search process and from what I have seen so far, she is thorough in her work and kept us updated on day-to-day basis and always available. Highly recommended. Without any second though we would recommend Jo for anyone who looks out for professional help in property search.

Rented with them for 1 year. On my final inspection where they let people walk through my home, they left it completely unlocked and opened. Every cupboard & door WIDE open (can’t tell if this was the realestate letting people go through my stuff or someone took advantage of them leaving my home completely open. When I brought this up with the realestate they told me “we left it in the same condition as when we went in” she followed it up with insinuating I was LYInG even though I sent through photos and proof.
On top of that I’ve been out of that house for 2 months and the are constantly ignoring all of my emails about my bond refund but Shirley’s emailing me about sprinklers?
Honestly a bit pathetic if you ask me, they’re impossible to contact.

As a rule, I'm not a big fan of real estate agents - Tom is now my one exception to that rule. We selected Tom as our selling agent and then took 6 months finding our next home. In that time, Tom was an incredible source of information, offering tips on finding a home and negotiating. Tom is transparent, genuine, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable, particularly in the Leeming area. Tom achieved a sale price that far exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend him strongly enough

Professionalism and great communication.
Tom first engaged with us in Apr 2019 - almost 5yrs before we actually pulled the trigger to sell our property. During this period, Tom kept in touch and evaluated our needs - providing valuable insights to the dynamic market. His knowledge on the supply and demand in WA blew our minds. His dedication over the 5yr period is exemplary and we knew that we wanted him to manage our sale.
When we decided to sell (in July 2023), Tom (and Nat) were there to guide us through the process and provide advice on how best to prepare our home for the sale. Their advice paid off and with Tom's negotiation skill, he managed to sell our home for a price exceeding our expectations - and that was after the 1st home open inspection!
Tom was there to guide us through the entire process from advertising, preparing for the photoshoot, home open and right through to settlement and hand over.
It was a pleasure working with Tom and Nat, and if we had to do it all over again - we would not do it any differently.

No communication or follow through with maintenance or keys etc. Locked me out after an inspection which cost me $330 to get in at midnight after they refused to answer the fone. Paige was brilliant, Shannon was terrible.

Tom and the Remax team were great and very professional, efficient and achieved what i wanted. I found Tom and his Remax team very helpful and informative with respect to the sale of my parents Leeming property. I had an established old property that my aging parents had let go over time and greatly appreciated the assistance to me in getting building and electrical works done to get the property fit for sale and in a presentable state. All aspects of the sale proceeded in a timely efficient manner and very pleased with outcome.

They manage my property very well for 7+ years and I never had a problem. They take care of my property and my tenants. Great job!

General Incompetence, Dodgy Legal handling, ignored many requests for repairs or documents. Motivated by greed and profits, not for people. Answers emails days later and only partially which requires several follow ups.
