Raktacino reviews
34This café is such a hidden gem, the coffee was made to perfection. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was delish.best steak sandwich and my mate had fish tacos that they loved. I’m so glad to come across this place. Thank you for the 5 star experience.
Usually great food, when the male chef (owner) is on but when the older lady chef (previous owner) is on it is disgusting. From now on we will only go when the male is on. Risotto was gluggy and tasteless.
This is a response review to Sarah Watson s review
Firstly I am the previous owner who only works Friday nights recently2weeksto be exact in a prep or second to chef role
Therefore before u engage in being Gordon Ramsay keyboard warrior get ur facts correct
I did not cook ur glug as u so eloquently stated
Hopefully when in future u post negative reviews which appear to attack people rather than food I suggest u get it right

Crappy slow service. The only thing around in Salter Point though We left because they didnt even have menus for us (yes we asked and were waiting too long)
Great service, food, coffee and banter. Worth the visit and offers a wide variety of choices. I'm loving Carol's pink lipstick. Keep up the awesome work xx
Great little spot. Good coffee. Nice selection of tea and a great vegetarian meal. I'm not vegetarian but this meal was fantastic.
Great little hidden gem. Love the coffee and great food selection including pizzas in the evening
The old lady (think she’s the owner) stopped taking orders and ignored everyone for 10 minutes whilst she showed her friend some pics on her phone, even though she could see me waiting with my 2 kids ready to order breakfast. She is stuck up and rude. Judging from some other reviews looks like we have a repeat offender. Maybe she should take a back seat in the running of things. Apart from her the other staff were lovely. Especially the young waitress running around desperately trying to pick up the slack of the lazy owner. I’d give her 5 stars for her efforts. Foods ok
Small suburban shops. Lamb shoulder was melt in the mouth and worth every penny. Goes well with pizza Bianca as a starter and a glass of rose wine to wash ot all down.
Absolute Gem of a Cafe. Great service and even better food and coffee! I've been coming here for 7 years and have not looked back since.
Quite cosy place with great home made food and excellent coffee with friedly service. Also if you want a great wood fired pizza then this is the place to visit.
If you want the most insanely good pizza look no further! This is the pizza that could rival that of the teenage mutant ninja turtles - they’re stringy and delicious! I could not recommend them more
I love their pizzas! Great variety.
The Palermo is my favourite.
4* because it can be pricy.
They also do great salads and desserts
Sevice is too slow for you coffee on the go in the morning. Not that special either. Girls are friendly and nice though. Little bit pricey.
