Good service. They might need to employ more staff though durring the busy parts of the day. But overall the staff that was there were really helpful and positive, giving you a fantastic experience.
Wont be joing RAC again, what a waste of money, phone credit, and time.
Cancelled a plan, they didnt stop payments coming out of my account. So im out of poket, paying for something i dont need, and cant get the money back.
Saw the girls RAC Travel and our lady was great! She was thorough, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back.
Great customer service. I walked in for international driving permit. One one travel customer service member was super nice. I can see she loved her job. Thank you & will visit for future travel needs.
Stood in a queue today. Two out of seven were 'serving'. All the others sitting looking at computer screens DRINKING COFFEE! Who does that? They have tea/lunch breaks for that. When I was finally served she was condescending, talked over me, sneered twice at what I asked, talked me out of something and when I stood to leave it was a sarcastic 'byeee'. My first & last time. Should have done what I intended originally, just go and pay at the Post Office opposite.
Now have a new 12 months policy but changing company after that. If I'd read the online reviews before I went I wouldn't have gone there. We live and learn
Waiting time just to get the international driver permit is a joke. 10 staff and only 2 are doing permits together with insurances that takes ages. Worst experience in my life
Pleasant staff even at 9am opening:) just needed to get an International Drivers License. Quick and easy just bring current WA license and a passport photo.
Great RAC branch. They have a lady there named Maita. She is definitely the go - to. Very friendly and super helpful! The branch does get busy at times but it usually depends on the centre itself.
