Naythan "Nathan" was assisting me about my car insurance on 27/01/24 at 10.00am.
I liked his professionalism, so helpful, very informative meeting, giving me options.
This made the whole process easier, familiar and I was comfortable to decide what I want because of Naythan's helpfulness.

I spoke with Saaijt (hope I spelled that right) about changing the mailing address on my policy and he couldn't of possibly been more helpful. Very pleased with the service here, will definitely return again if I need to. Also if someone called Julie works here, they are also a very nice person.

Just had another bad experience with rac, Michelle from travel section is the rudest most negative person I've had the misfortune to deal with

Got given the incorrect info witch has affected my Holiday plans.small details can have a massive affect bit disappointed when i went to the travel side to sort things out before my flight.disappointed.

Lady coralie, She is amazing at her work and she is from claims department and she is full of knowledge to help you out and she got exceptional customer service and lovely lady. I am really happy with her service. RAC she is a gem.

Ridiculous customer service, refused to let Asian woman of a couple to sit down for home & content insurance enquiry! Gave ridiculous reason of only a person can sit down, can't move empty counter's chair even asked politely & promised to place it back to the other counter! What kind of customer service? Discrimination, victimization or what's wrong with this gold hair west female customer service officer?

I've been to this RAC store a few times during last a few years. The experiences were quite good before. But today I had very bad experience. The staff was not patient nor professional. She was rushing me from the very beginning til the end. I spent only 5 minutes in the RAC store today and was very disappointed.

The time I was there was very busy but the consultants were very patient with each customer and gave them all the explanations and time needed. No one was rushed. I felt very comfortable when it was my turn that I would get the same service and I did. In fact, excellent. Very helpful, polite and informative gentleman. Glad to be a member!

Poor customer service, sometimes they are on top of things and sometimes just plain lazy, shouldn’t have told customers that they haven’t paid which they have paid for their insurance

Unnecessarily rude service at travel desk by the Asian lady. Walked out after 1 minutes after asking for clarity about an IDP. Was told to “read properly” when I asked about identification required, then accused of “not believing” her when just wanting to confirm the information I was given. When I asked why she was being so rude was told it was “my attitude”, then “it’s Christmas season”. Was literally just trying to run an errand. Unbelievable.
