Open 26 march 2016. Very clean and nice hotell. Can order breakfast to your room. About 30 min walk to center of Perth.

I've enjoyed my stay here for the past week. Great place as it have all the facilities that an apartment should have. You got yourself washer and dryer for your clothes. If you cook then there is a kitchen too.
Not to mention it is close to King's Park and CBD area is just a 5 mins ride away.

Great apartment
Excellent service
Well located for view of park and transport
Sadly there was very little open close by food wise, and I think this hotel could be improved with a cafe and breakfast service.
