The walk was a little further than I expected to get to restaurants and bars, but that's my own fault for not googling the distance before booking. That said, getting delivery was easy enough.

The check in and out was quick and easy and the room was fine - everything needed for a business trip.

Nice efficiently run place to stay. The studio apartment I stayed in was compact but fully decked out with hot plate, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge. Plus a great view towards the city from the tenth floor. Worth a stay for sure.

They can’t even fix their sign on the outside of the building. Can you imagine how run down the interior is?

Rooms as you would expect but zero parking! Street parking is only up to 3 hrs at a time.not ideal.

Let’s just say that I never normally write reviews. So we booked Quest Kings Park, about a month ago, for new year’s eve. I had even emailed the staff a few days before my stay, requesting a nice view. I was really disappointed when I walked into my room, with a view of just a building! Such false advertising. The photos of the studio apartment showed a nice view of the city (which was obviously just horribly photoshopped), but yeah it was just a view of a brick wall from the other building. There was also cobwebs on the window, stains on the curtains. I then went down with my partner explaining the situation about how I had booked this place for the view, and the African lady was very rude about the whole situation, was not apologetic at all. Plus there was no onsite parking so had to park kilometres away and was very expensive. Never coming back again, would definitely not recommend this place over others.

Arrived to check in & was told we had to pay a $200 deposit which we were not told about at any point prior to arriving. When we returned with the deposit, Reception had closed and we were advised via note on the front door, that we had to check in using a "Check-in Code". Such had not been sent to us at any point, or had been attached to any email or text correspondence from the hotel. As result of this, we were locked out of the hotel in the middle of night in the freezing rain. All attempts to call the reception desk & offices at any of Quest's locations were immediately met with a voicemail message. Genuinely terrible experience.

Excellent establishment to stay.
Service was great.
Rooms were clean and modern. However the shower in my room could not keep a consistent temperature (varied by like 2-5 degrees so did not really bother me).
Right outside was Kings Park, which, in my opinion, is one of the greatest highlights of Perth. Highly recommend staying here just to be close to the park! It's a treat if you like running (or walking).
The parking space is quite small though, so if you have a large car, maybe call to make sure they have a larger designated parking spot.

Can’t recommend this place more. The rooms are so clean, spacious and well equipped with laundry and kitchen facilities. Everything I need for a home away from home. Also lovely staff at the reception who greet you with a smile:)

The confirmation email didn’t inform anything about bond and they have signs up saying they’re passionate about the environment but everything is wrapped in plastic? Bit of a contradiction there. And like most motels and hotels the mattresses are far to hard. But the service was lovely the staff are great

I only had an overnight stay but these apartments are perfect for a longer stay. Decent sized fridge and freezer, plus good kitchenette facilities. Comfortable bed, quiet at night with decent block out curtains. Shower head too low for a tall person, the lighting is very harsh (dimmer switches would really help) and the view of the neighbouring building wasn’t exciting, but everything else was great.
Helpful and friendly staff member, beautifully made room by housekeeping, great toiletries (Milk brand) and a comfortable bed with a nice hot shower. I’d happily stay here again.

From the management of the parking space they rent from other building, it can be seen that the hotel management team's communication ability is not good.when their customer rudely occupy the reserved parking spaces, they can not communicate well and waste other people's time.

The Quest is easy to get around Perth from. Access to most suburbs by free bus. Walking distance to Hay street west Perth for shopping and restraunts.underground car parking

Very comfortable, modern, clean room in a very convenient location. We got a very good deal on our room, perhaps because it is a bit out of the city - but the free buses in and out of the city stop practically outside the front door.

Not much in the way of restaurants, stores or bars nearby, however.

Staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Apartment super clean, virtually all items you'd need in a spacious and contemporary setting.
Location is superb, adjacent to Kings Park.

Disappointed! We had a late night for a work function.knew we had a 12 noon check out but we had a very unfriendly Emma on reception calling us at 10.07am asking why we had not checked out. We PAID for a late check out & she was clearly too lazy to check. Thanks for waking us up from a deep sleep and also thanks for not apologising for interrupting us. The night receptionist was lovely:) tall blonde girl.

I was horrified to find out this hotel regularly hires rooms out to prostitutes by the hour. When I'm going to pay good money to stay at an apartment I don't want to see and hear such disgusting things. I will definitely not be staying here again.

We had a lovely stay. Receptionist Emma made us feel extremely well looked after. Parking was easy and Uber Eats made us feel like we were staying in a hotel.
