Booked into the Quest in Fremantle for a 2-day workshop with the Department (7 people), including an overnight stay. The reception and all Quest personnel was extremely friendly and helpful, the meeting room was generous in size and well equipped, the rooms/apartments were very clean and comfortable, and the catering for the workshop was great food, with very good value for money. And all of that in a fantastic location in the heart of Freo. 100% happy, I would go back there any time (and I hope we will), very recommendable. Thanks to all the staff at the Quest.

The one bedroom apartment is fantastic value. Large, fully equipped and excellent location to everything in Freo this is our 3rd stay and wont be our last

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and efficient, the room was extremely clean and well presented and very well located hotel.

We completed a three day seminar at the Hotel, the venue was great the staff assisted when required, always accommodating and the upstairs outdoor entertaining area was a bonus. The local council is tough on parking however there was plenty of long-term parking available close by.

Great new pleasant and modern rooms. Good location with easy access to Coles, parking, pubs and restaurants. Made a king executive suite home for 2 weeks. Full kitchen with dining table was useful for having workmates over for a home cooked meal. Was a shame YouTube and Netflix was blocked on the TV. On site gym was a bit lacking. Friendly staff who greeted you everyday. Have already booked here for my next stay in Fremantle.

I was so impressed with this hotel! Beautiful, brand new, spacious apartments with spotless facilities. Comfortable beds, great furniture, extremely friendly staff. I could live here! Great location close to everything Fremantle has to offer including coffee shops and the water. Will return!

Good location and neat rooms. However the housekeeping service needs to be improved. No house keeping for 3 days and when queried on 3rd day was told that they target the new arrival bookings first and then the existing ones. Which means that once you have checked in, you are at their mercy.

Can't praise it enough. Great staff, so helpful and friendly. Close to everything and we had a wonderful time.

Nice hotel. Well placed. No parking available on site, but they have a deal with the parking on the other side of the road.

Close to ferry to Rottnest and Fremantle train station. Rooms are quite attractive, relatively spacious and the staff friendly. Many restaurants in walking distance. All in all a good spot to spend a few nights in Freo

Clean modern and small room. Bathroom clean and modern. Shower pressure is low.could not get the aircon unit to work. Had to leave sliding door open and as a port, freight trains can be easily heard as hotel is close to railway through the night. Bed mattress was good and firm
No food or beverage services. 4 stars.
