Quest Fremantle

Great location situated right in the heart of Fremantle. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach, ferries to Rottnest Island, and many great nearby restaurants. They provide 8 bikes for patrons to use to get around Fremantle if neccessary, and we found them easy to use. The rooms were nice with lots of amenities provided.

We arrived very late at night and had to alert the manager as we couldn’t operate the lock. She was fantastic and the three night stay was perfect. Clean, good staff, comfortable beds and a kitchenette fully equipped. Even stored our luggage and made a room available for a shower. Perfect place for visit to Freo!

The rooms were neat & tidy, everything in the rooms was as advertised, including pictures, quite a comfortable stay.

Housekeeping staff were great too, very accommodating and friendly.

Location was great, within walking distance to just about everything, whether that's restaurants, markets, or maybe the Rottnest ferry.

No onsite parking, but plenty around if you are a keen walker. However, there is a 5 minute drop-off zone and 2 hourly parking out front of Quest. Parking is free from midnight until 9am.

Check-in was not available until close to 3pm, which impacted plans but also required me to purchase parking out front whilst I waited to check in, keeping in mind that check-in is at 2pm. The issue was that we made our intentions clear that we wanted to check-in on time, given that we had already visited reception in the morning.

The receptionist was not helpful at all. It felt like a case of 'too bad, just deal with it' type of attitude, which I generally do not take too kindly to that.

Out of principle, I will probably be sending a request for compensation, either directly or via a 3rd party by not having my room ready by the advertised check-in time, which hindered and delayed plans.

I was offered a late check-out, but that's not sufficient, and it was declined.

The positives -
- The one bedroom executive apartment was good, not overly spacious but has everything you need nonetheless.
- Balcony to enjoy Fremantle's sunsets
- Within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, markets and the ferry.

- Lack of friendly service (Reception)
- Couldn't check-in at advertised check-in time

Would I stay again? Yes.

BEST location and great staff. Rooms are SO spacious and the bed super comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

Location was a bit out of the way for food. We walked all over Freemantle. Room was lovely and sunny. Kitchen was ideal. We loved our stay

It is very suitable for people on long-term business trips. There are kitchens, washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, microwave ovens and other electrical appliances.

Equipped with all facilities you could imagine, washing machine, dryer machine, dishwashing machine, etc

A comfortable place, close to the station and port. Complete facilities and friendly service, but unfortunately on Sundays the room cleaning service is off

First time travelling to Perth and loved staying at the Quest! The receptionist were so lovely and when asking for recommendations of where to eat they were very helpful. The rooms were perfect for staying in and had everything you needed. Only wish I had stayed longer!

Awesome place to spend a night or for a business trip. Rooms are always cleaned and laundry services are available for use. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful for your accommodation needs. And if you need a night out, it’s just a few steps away from Fremantle’s best pubs and restaurants.

Nicely appointed modern flat with kitchen & 2BR, 2baths. Spacious & high ceilings. Well located, 5-min walk from restaurants, cappuccinos. The mgmt contacted us 48 hours in advance to ask our preference to configure our beds. Front desk was unmanned at the time of our late arrival but there is a key lockbox & on-site property manager.

Loved my stay here. Staff were very friendly and personable, especially Nightingale. I was on my own so it was wonderfulto have some short chats. I had a one bedroom apartment. The facilities were great. I particularly appreciated the modern washer / dryer after a camping tour.

Great location as it is nearby train station. Service is courteous and friendly.
Ample overnight Pay to park adjacent to Quest is Short street and Pakenham street.

Such a great place to stay while visiting Fremantle. So close to everything in the city centre and a 5 minute walk to the Rottnest Island ferry terminal. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, and perfect location. Short walking distance from the Rottnest ferry landing point and ideal to look around Fremantle.

Great location & hotel. You just need to get rid of the toxic air freshener in the lobby. It’s seriously OTT…hits you as soon as you walk in.

The room we stayed in is clean and nice. Staff are all helpful and location is central. The only negative I can say is that the bed is on rollers and leaning back on the headboard is annoying as the whole bed moves. Value for money? Yes

My time here was very fulfulling, stayed here for 3 nights, due to a work conference, very close to where I needed to go.
Thank you very much for making it a great trip, will be back with family next time!
