Why are the shelves still quite empty you go on Coles wooies iga durlacker st empty shelves very few if any over it?

Love doing my shopping and getting a free serve of attitude from someone half my age at the checkout. Younger staff should maybe concentrate on customers more than their social life.

I wrote on there FB reveiws and queens reply. Next day while I was shopping at Queens IGA. Just careful as I just got fronted by Stuart because he didn't like my feed back from yesterday felt like I just got abused as a customer. So Unprofessional!

Went there five days ago and asked the assistant manager about a product I wish to purchase and she took my name and number but nothing. Your advertising on TV suggests otherwise. It would have been nice of her to let me know the outcome if even investigated

Always love coming back to Gero and dropping into Queens. One of the best gluten free ranges out there and Stu still does a smashing job and so very hands on. Keep up the good work team!

Great supermarket with a large selection of good quality fresh seafood and meat. Staff are always friendly and quick to open a till when it's busy.

Yummmmmm, great set up, and you have pickled octopus in my favourite brand! Always excited to come here and check out your goodies in the deli section

My shopping experience was quite special today. A young man was playing the piano for us, and at the checkout there was a young lady with a disability helping the assistant. Well done IGA - you include the whole community in your excellent service.

I shop there often, it is well stocked and has fantastic staff who help you at a moment's notice. I really appreciate this as I'm disable and at the moment have 2 fractured ribs and their help has gone over and beyond. Thank You Supa IGA. Sherrill Farber

I was told about the IGA fresh seafood in the back of the shop I went and had a look at the seafood and it was of good quality I spoke to the staff at the back doing the fish and he lead me in the right direction of what I should get overall the staff was nice the seafood was good and I never imagined that it would be hiding in IGA thank you to all the staff at IGA from mwh
