Good shopping. Locally owned who supports local community. Great fresh seafood. Lacking in a few specially dried foods but overall good selection.

One of the biggest IGA's I've been to. Very clean and well set out. Picked up quite a few good buys a well.

Easy to get around for Seniors, with well laid out areas for a cruisy shopping day. Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. A pleasure to shop local!
(Just be mindful of some of their rubber floor-mats. A wee bit 'trippy on the edges).

Easy to park get everything you need in queens iga always plenty of room in isles to get around and easy to get out of checkouts.

Me and partner went to IGA tonight and realised as we got there we were a bit too late for the fresh seafood department. My partner asked the floor manager if there were any uncooked prawns and she went above and beyond to find some for us! She did not have to do this. We didn't get her name but we were very impressed with her customer service.

I shop there often, it is well stocked and has fantastic staff who help you at a moment's notice. I really appreciate this as I'm disable and at the moment have 2 fractured ribs and their help has gone over and beyond. Thank You Supa IGA. Sherrill Farber
Today I did a very big shop at Queens Supa IGA 25/3/22 The experience was Wonderful. The Lady in the refrigeration section of the Shop was absolutely FANTASTIC and so very Beautiful my Granddaughter so I thought she was Wonderful telling her she had Beautiful Blue Eyes. Mygib Granddaughter was so very Proud.
On moving To the checkout the young man Scout was a Pleasure to be with. He was efficient and a lovely to Deal with. He made Shopping a Joy extremely.
I'd appreciated the Service I was given by Scout and recommend him for Sales Person of the Month and all Staff I'd give them All 10/10 Stars if I could well I think I will

Just been to Queens Supa IGA and as usual service was Excellent. One young man, I wish I got his name was very Helpful and Pleasant to talk to and deal with. I Thank him Very much. I give him and Supa Queens ten Stars.

Fresh food ideas are great. I don't have to prepare it's all ready done. The shop is spacious and well laid out. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Their fresh microwave meals were amazing - loved the roast chicken one.

It's close to other shops and the Post Office, so when I'm in the city centre, that's where I shop.

Excellent Store. Huge Variety, Really Friendly, Helpful Staff. Nice environment, easy parking. Great Reward Incentives too.

Always plenty of choice. I needed macadamia oil and a employee took me straight to that aisle. Voila! Home now after a busy morning.

This place is huge and has everything you need fresh and prices are no different to woollies or Coles. Shop locally and support these businesses to keep them going

Best thing about shopping here is there is plenty of room in the aisles to manevour around, definate plus when you are with kids.
Seafood section is excellent too, fresh fish on ice, makes a change from whats available in the frozen section at other Super Markets.
For me whole shopping experience here was streess free i will be back.

I know that everything I need is there. If I'm unsteady on my legs I can just ask one of the Staff to Help me.
They do quite Helpfully. You do NOT get the feeling you are being a nuisance because they make you feel Wonderful ️ and their just so HAPPY to HELP and make sure you are very Important ️.
