29In this day and age not many people go to bookstores anymore so it's nice to see such a well maintained and well looked after book shop. They've got great sales every now and then and great staff who are always willing to help with a nice smile on their face. Whenever I pass by it I can't help but browse through
Good array of books at discounted prices. Purchased a cook book. Kids books are extremely well priced. Parents of toddlers should make use of this outlet. Good friendly service.
Have been to multiple bookshops around Perth and to say it politely, almost all of qbd store staff should look into being more interactive with their customers (or guests as I'd like to think). Nonetheless, they partly do their due diligence at counter.
They have a good selection, I always have a good experience with their staff who are down to talk about books if you need any suggestions or reviews and they aren't busy. I can buy some of the books online for cheaper but I come here for the books that I can't do that with or if I want to read a bit of the book before deciding if I'll buy it. They don't have everything but they do have some books that I was unable to find elsewhere.
It's difficult to find a good bookstore in this day and age, QBD provide a wide range and the staff are always helpful with finding books. Loss of one star due to the lack of a rigid ordering system, it does make books/authors hard to find at times.
Great store and always busy when I go, good selection of books and if they don't have it they can possibly get it in
The QBD Books is a new addition to the new Carousel that opened last year. The book shop has a good frontage and is situated in a place which is easily noticeable.
The shop has a variety of books including classics.
In the era of online everything it is heartening to see real brick and mortar shops being opened.
So many damn books! Lack of order to the masses but the prices were very good. Get your old school paper Tech here
