It's a bookstore. What's not to love? The staff are helpful and kind. There is a lot of variety. It's a good book store.

Not too busy but had a limited range of science books (eg medical textbooks)

Unfortunately Madeline has got a bit of an attitude issue. We found her very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.

Good range of books at good prices but this store is very tight. Needs more space to move.

Great sekection of books and found the books i wanted with the help.of the friendly staff.

Very good. It could be bigger and have it's own coffee store one day. There are always specials out the front and you can always get your child a reasonably priced and entertaining book everytime.

I always buy my books from here for campjng. Alway friendly always helpful.

Young male working at store was incredibly rude and refused to serve someone with a medical exemption from wearing a mask. Elderly lady was clearly asthmatic and staff were very rude and discriminatory toward her. Asked her to leave. Disgusting!

Convenient location. Good stock. And excellent service. I'd like to compliment Madeline especially, she was very attentive and went out of her way to help me.

Horrible online shopping experience.

On the website it states that it will take a maximum of 4 days for the processing of the order and it should arrive in a week. After waiting for 9 days, we get a email saying the book we have ordered is out of stock when it should have arrived by then. Having low stocks is understandable and can happen, but the time it takes to notify the costumer should be as they mention on their website, not 9 days.
Disappointing experience.

Great bookstore, if you are looking for something not mainstream, plan ahead and see if they can order in before you need it. It's lovely to see a real bookstore again

I love this book store. Such good service. Very nice and helpful. They always have good prices and a great variety of books. I've gone in for kids books, art books, business, interior design and more. I always find what im looking for. Never have a problem and i highly recommend.

Great place for long forgotten children's literature such as the Wind in the Willows that I grew up watching and a great place to bring the childrem
