62Rude service, disappeared out the back with a coffee and would not serve us after waiting for 10 minutes. Had to leave the products we wanted to purchase. Do not recommend.
What an amazing place so beautiful with plenty of wonderful surprises. I absolutely loved it thanku for being so welcoming
Apple hasn't fallen far from the parent company! We encountered a lovely lady who helped us choose the right liquor! Beautiful place.
Worth a little stop in if you’re coming for the chocolate factory. Did a wine tasting, $10 each - wines were okay you also get to taste the chocolate liqueurs which were so good. Also other tastings here. Small little shop but beautiful outside area.
Must stop and taste. Staff were lovely and were happy to help when the product I was interested in was not out for tasting. The Jalapeno mustard is amazing. Bonus discount as we had voucher from purchase at chocolate factory.
Great variety of foods that are made onsite.
Staff extremely helpful when recommending what to buy.
Always a pleasure here love the spice packets to make yummy meals and the banana cake mix
Service is amazing
Great coffee
Superb service
Good range of interesting and different products, only thing that let it down on my visit was only 1 staff member who was doing a tasting for a couple at the counter which meant the service was a lie slow even though it wasn't too busy.
Friendly, happy staff, (Tenika) always a reflection of good management. Amazing range of stock. Impressed with the selection of dried instant food in a jar, clever.
Friendly staff, a massive variety, besides my feeling that things are a little pricey i believe with the quality and local goods you do get what you pay for, tried a few out already and its definitely worth the 5 star rating here
Really cool place to get to your chutney needs! The sweet chilli jam is my favourite. Another plus is that the lady at the counter offered us liquer tastings which were lovely. My personal fave was the mint which I'll be picking up again next time. You can also grab ready to make pancake mix as well as rice cream and chia pudding. Really cool!
Quite a big selection of locally made foods, definitely set up and priced for the tourist trade
Was ok. Really nothing there to get too excited about but if you're passing drop in but not sure I'd make a special trip to it as nothing you can't get elsewhere. Bit on the expensive side.
Beautiful winery and surrounds. Had some delicious local brie, gourmet crackers and sparkling apple juice and was treated to exceptional service. Highly recommended!
Get the vegan cashew chili cheese and fresh baguette you will not be disappointed. The only problem worth noting when you visit here is there is so much to get you leave with a significantly lighter wallet.
Pros:
- great dessert wines available
- great chocolate liqueurs available
- wide range of products
- production can be observed
- beautiful garden on site
- tasting available
- easy parking
Cons:
- tastings are not free (can be redeemed though if a bottle of wine is bought)
- staff is nice but very rushed
- very industrial design
Allways stop in when where down south no matter what we are doin great sauces jams and asorted spices and other things and friendly staff
A trip to Margaret River wouldn't be complete without a visit to the Providore. Shame that we are no longer able to sample the products
Good range, with the current restrictions you can't taste before you buy so its very quite
