Never book a vaccination here. 35 weeks pregnant and over an hour wait while staff just chatted even allowing 5 other people ahead of myself. Absolutely shocking.

RAT tests are already over priced at $50 for 5 and they are selling them for $60. Great business model

After waiting 2 weeks for an item to be delivered and having to chase it up, to be then told it is not available until January. Another product not available will apparently take 2 weeks to travel from there store in Joondalup! The most frustrating thing is the attitude from a female staff member, unhelpful and condescending.

Shop looks great. Young girls that greet you are friendly and polite. Girls on checkout I find can be very rude. Ex: talking to colleague whilst serving, and when I said excuse me as I wanted to ask something they looked at me as if I had 2 heads.

Making out all people steal.with someone at the front watching. Pharmacist cold and lacked any type of personality.wont be going back.

Had to shop quickly there tonight and found the checkout assistants to be rude and unhelpful. At a time life this, when many retail staff are out of of work, they should be making an effort to provide service. The manager of this store needs to get it together. The blonde girl who served me needs to improve her attitude. A lot. Priceline, you can do better.

I am giving this pharmacy 5 stars because of all the VEGAN products that they stock and now are advertising them on their Christmas Catalogue. Well done.

Totally unhelpful staff. All lipliner testers were empty so I asked the staff if there were any others in stock only to be given a flat “no” like they could care less and could not be bothered to be helpful in any way. I am sure the owner would be less than impressed

Priceline Wanneroo's customer service is soooooo disgusting. I'm appalled at the way your employees accuse customers of theft. Having 2 employees on each end of the makeup aisle is not only intimidating, offensive and uncomfortable but so inconvenient for your staff number. Going to the extent of taking someone off the checkout to constantly watch us was so pathetic. Saying "a customer saw you put a nail polish in your bag" is such an unprofessional way to cover up your own accusations not a customer's. The fact that I had your employees say "make sure you throughly check their bags" fully offended me. I could hear you talking through your ear pieces so do not blame an accusation on a CUSTOMER. We were bag checked more heavily than any other customer which was very unreasonable. As if we'd throw things into our bags without you seeing? We stood in the middle of the aisle when browsing for items to SHOW that we were not stealing because we could see every worker in the corner of our eyes. My friend had to ask me to go look at brushes with her because she was INTIMIDATED by how your employees had falsely perceived us. Telling us "don't let this stop you from shopping here" after getting a full bag check where you found NOTHING has lost you customers. This place was not welcoming at all and we will never come back. We will be telling everyone about this poorly handled experience. 0 stars. We demand genuine apologies.

My wife and I have been attending Priceline Pharmacy at Wanneroo Central for almost five years now. We find the proprietor, owner James and staff wonderful to deal with; professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They just can’t do enough for you.

They have had a great system working for them, SMS’s to your phone letting you know when your medications are ready for collection, we loved it.

They now have a more far reaching and better system in place, Med Advisor for your phone, IPad, tablets and or computer; we have been using it for just over one week, there is no comparison it is excellent.

If you’ve not used it yet give it a go easy and very simple to use, it lets you know how many days you have left with your medications and how many scripts you have left also; you can reorder with a click, you can also add any supplements you taking for a reminder when running out and much more.

If your unsure and need advice. I’m sure the friendly staff will be only be to happy to help you. We would recommend this Pharmacy to any one without doubt, outstanding service overall in our opinion no one else does it better.

They also carry a great range of products, especially cosmetics at very reasonable prices and a very good members program, with very good deals and discounts.

Disappointed with Priceline wanneroo. The owner needs a lesson on how treat his customers been faulsly accused of theft having take bank statement in to prove him wrong how horrible for us we have been customers from when it opened Must say the staff are very nice though

I shop at Wanneroo Central’s Priceline Parmacy. They have always delivered top service on any information or advise on anything I purchase. Staff always friendly and they go over and above to deliver goods when I am sick. Highly recommended.

Great store with good quality products and amazing cosmetics section. There is cool membership programmes. Staff are friendly and work really hard.

After spending all day trying several other chemists to get a medicine and all said it was unavailable, only the Chemist at Priceline Wanneroo rang my Dr and explained the problem and suggested an alternative to which she agreed to. I was then able to pack my bag for my trip to Bali that night a lot less stressed. Thanks guys. You went over and above to help me. Lucy

I am writing after a very disturbing experience at the Wanneroo Store. I will be lodging a complaint with dep of fair trading however i wanted to let future Customers know about the incident. I purchased items at the Carramar store yesterday. $158.12 and found this morning when i opened and went to use the line freeze that this product is faulty. As i was shopping at Wanneroo i popped in there to exchange for a working item. I was attended to by the manager who refused an exchange for a working product and said she could send it to Physicians Formular manufacturer if i wanted! I am sure the policy should be if an item is faulty it should be replaced! The other girls could see quite clearly that it wasn't working and was faulty. I purchased from Priceline NOT Physicians Formular! I am a very regular customer and spend a lot of money with your company.i am extremely distressed at the way i was treated and the return policy? As stated i will be taking this to consumer affairs as i do not believe this is right and would hate for it to happen to another customer. The set was 45 dollars and i bought it to use now and i am not prepared to wait 2 weeks to send off to the manufacturer.very dissapointed

I would like to recommend Wanneroo to anybody who live in area.they are so helpful and friendly.they know what they are talking about and the service they give is 100% thank you to the team at Wanneroo

I give the store, ambience, layout and wide product availability 4 stars. Unfortunately, the service was below average and the security guard made me uncomfortable, guess its because I was 1 of the few customers there and he had nothing to do but to intently stare, therefore a 2 star. This was the first time I have ever seen a security guard for Priceline - in such a small shopping center no less! Overall 2 stars.
