40Terrible and illegal service! I went in today and try to buy a product, the advertised price was $29.95 however it scanned as $39.95. The manger made excuses that the new price stickers had yet to be printed but would not honour the advertised price when I mentioned that consumer law states that they must sell for the advertised price she refused and then the security guard breathed down my back and made me leave! I have made formal complaints as this is the worst experience I have ever received! The manager need’s education on consumer law and to treat customers with respect and sell their products for their advertised priced and not a made up scanned price.
Horrible. Do not shop customer service is bad security makes you feel like you’re stealing. All over not a good experience
I wish I could give 0 stars … I don’t even know where to begin with this store and the experience I had. The unprofessional here is the worst I have ever seen. The manager and owner have no regard for customers time making them wait forever. And the way I have witnessed them treat their own staff members left me horrified. They were abusing their own staff? Someone needs to report them.
Brett was knowledgeable and professional. I went in for a vaccine; he was thorough and provided good advice. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
Every single time my family and I shop at Priceline Wanneroo we are greeted by the beautiful staff and made to feel extremely welcomed and valued.
A special mention to Orelia (I hope I have that correct). Always goes out of her way to ensure we have what we need and we have a pleasant experience in the store.
The range of products is exceptional and the service received from all staff is admirable.
I recall the systems being down on one visit and only one till operating during a peak time and the staff were so apologetic and going above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. Communication between staff and shoppers is paramount and they absolutely nailed it!

Had my vaccination done here and received a feedback request. The only room for improvement was to hand out a free whisky!

Went in just now to renew my script with my sisters. There was a long wait so I told the pharmacist we were happy to look around and wait. From the second we walked in we noticed the security guard hovering around us - which was fine, we continued looking. My sisters bought a nail polish and waited outside for me. While waiting at the pharmacy desk among all the other people waiting, I was approached by the manager asking for my name and why I was standing there. She said she would personally give me my medication (weird but okay I guess).
Not only this, but a staff member was pretending to check stock in every aisle I was standing in (obviously watching me).
The manager handed my antibiotics to me in a bag and walked me to the front desk. Once I paid, I was cornered at the entrance by herself and the security guard. They made me open my medication bag, my wallet, every pocket in my handbag… she also demanded to hold my POCKET SIZED PERFUME AND INSPECT IT (it was literally half empty).
My sisters came in to check on me and the manager then accused my sister of potentially stealing her nail polish too (she literally had a receipt with it).
I am disgusted and embarrassed by this. Wtaf? Take your business literally anywhere else. That new manager needs to chill out and get a grip.
Even booked appointment for covid booster waited more than hour. Whats the point to give appointments?

Went in to find some body glitter so that I could wear for a night out this weekend. They didn't have any, so I went to leave & they wanted to check bags & pockets to make sure I stolen anything. Apparently it's policy & they have to do the same for everyone. I highly doubt it, as they wouldn't have any customers left if this were true. Never returning again
I came in yesterday to get a script then decided to have my COVID jab done there and then.
The staff were wonderful. They were helpful and caring. The place had this happy air.
The Pharmacist did an incredible job with the jab! Didn't feel anything at all.

Disgusting. Managers have absolutely no respect for their own employees (who are literal teenagers). The fact that they can see this treatment as reasonable is beyond me.
Horrible management at this store the, staff are nice and helpful, unfortunately, i heard the management yelling at a staff member as i walked by the store, this is a horrible mistreatment at this store, the audacity of them, this is disgraceful behaviour.
Horrible management who mistreat their minimum wage teenage workers. Imagine if that was your child being yelled and shouted at by their boss? Unacceptable. Will never be shopping here.

Quinn, the owner of the store flatly refused to refund a low dollar ($25) faulty product. She offered to take it up with the manufacturer and "get back to me". Had no consideration for my time. Left half way through the discussion to go serve customers (was trying to avoid a queue of customers hearing my complaint). On returning, wanted me to come back later and told me she was "too busy" to deal with this now. Quinn was pushy, rude, and just didn't want to listen. I was calm and she insisted on talking over the top of me and telling me I was wrong, or that store policy said X. Insisted she wasn't required to provide a refund. We will NEVER be shopping at Priceline Wanneroo again. Our last purchase there was just less than $200, and this was one item on the list. If Quinn is a business owner, she has no idea about client retention.

I'm not the only one with refund issues - read other reviews here and elsewhere. I only had complaint when my request for reasonable resolution of a refund for 1 faulty product out of a $200 purchase was met with delay tactics.
Quinn constantly interrupted me. That's not listening.

Quinn left me twice - once was to service your queue of customers, once was to deal with another member of staff. I said no problems when she excused herself to do those things. I didn't prevent service of customers. I'll remind you, I'm a customer too. She is prioritising new sales over a refund discussion.
I spent a solid 10 minutes attempting to rationally discuss a refund for this faulty product. Quinn dismissed everything I said in an effort to frustrate. I may have used some language as I left (i'd hardly call it foul), but I take umbrage with you calling me out for "bad language", out of context, and with reference to my child as if to say I'm a bad parent and to try to invalidate my complaint as unreasonable.
What a lovely woman Quin is, there should be more awesome people like her.

The owner (Quin) needs to learn that if they sell a faulty product, they need to refund it at the point of sale - not telling the customer that they will only refund if the supplier agrees to refund them.
Also it is not reasonable to walk off in the middle of a conversation with us to "serve other customers", twice.
And then she "has no time for this". And then just walked off, again.
I'm sure we won't be the only one. Look at other people's comments.
