Get ready to be ripped off!

I booked an appointment for toner. When I was booking with the manager over the phone, I explained what I wanted and asked the price. She told me the hairdresser had to have a look to see if toner would be enough or if she would need to do a permanent colour but the max price would be $65. I went to the salon, the hairdresser applied the toner and, 20 min later, when we were done, the hairdresser walked me to the counter to fix the bill and told me the total was $40 (the standard price for toner). The manager got very frustrated and irritated with the hairdresser and said to her in a very rude way: “I already gave her the price over the phone”. The hairdresser, clearly embarrassed, charged me $65 for a service that clearly costs $40.

Horrible service. Paid lots of money for the worst hair dye i’ve ever received. Dried my hair out completely and can barley notice the colour, nothing like the photo i showed her. After asking for them to redo it they were extremely rude and asked us to come in but refused to do it again even though it’s their policy. So unprofessional and rude do not go here.

Went there to buy an anti dandruff shampoo for my partner, sold me package of shampoo, conditioner and toner. Later that day, my partner told me that he only wanted shampoo and cant be bothered to be using the other stuff. So I went there to return it the same day, box unopened with a receipt and was told that they have no return policy that they failed to mention when I was there first time and so they can’t give me my money back, only offered store credit. Lousy service

I was ignored when I entered the store. Not even a hello. The sales assistant was serving another customer and customer walked out buying nothing. But I on the other hand bought $100 worth of olaplex products that I had to locate myself. Not the best experience

I come here regularly for a shampoo and blowdry and the girls here are great! Kelsey and Federica know their stuff and always do an amazing job. Customer service is good, all the staff are very friendly and are always up for a conversation

The products are good. The prices are high and they'll charge thru the roof for not a lot of service

Do not trust the owner of this place (the Chinese) she does not return the money even after ruining the customer's hair.the employee promised a treatment to repair the damage, but the owner refused to offer the treatment, and also to return the money paid honestly trusting in receive the treatment to repair. Do not go at this place!

I felt the lady didn't care as to what I wanted. I even had a photo but my haircut looked nothing like it. It was still far too long.

I returned a second time as I wasn't happy with the haircut. I felt she was very rough with my hair and I felt she was annoyed that I had returned for a fix up. She didn't shorten it like I had asked but ended up just layering it further. Unfortunately she didn't do a very good job of layering. It was very noticeable.

I had to book to get my haircut at another salon which did an amazing job and are very warm and welcoming (Mirrors in Joondalup).

I wish I didn't spend the time and money at the first salon. I was very disappointed in both the haircut and the service.

Got in with no appointment even though they were busy. The woman that did my hair did exactly what I asked for even though I was vague. Recommend.

Great job at my hair but price is never consistent one time $75 one time $55 one time $65 for the same thing. So can be frustrating

Average place with average price. Got hair cut here for 60 bucks. Meh. Average place to give a go if no other place are free, or too expensive.
