The hairdresser, marie, was friendly and very knowledgeable. The hair colour was perfect for me and also it didn't cost too much

Wonderful staff helped me out with my hair the day of my Christmas work function with a wash and some curls. I've never felt more comfortable and been treated so well by hairdressers before. 10/10 would recommend. The owner is lovely!

Staff were really helpful and gave me an amazing haircut. They took the time to do my hair properly and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. It really shows off my curls and I love it.

I am so very happy with the way Alex coloured and cut my hair. It is so refreshing when a hairdresser listens to you and does what you want. So Professional. Thank you Alex.

All I have to say is. Alex, the girl who did my colour was excellent, she knew exactly, what I wanted done, and I'm thrilled with the outcome.love the colour and was out on time, as I had an appointment after. Thank you Alex, well done. Highly recommend Alex regards hair colouring, but I think she is great with all aspects of hairdressing.

I went in with a sub standard home bleach job and was looking g for a temp colour to go over. Alex was epic! They were able to fit me in to correct my mess and I left feeling so much better about my hair. Alex helped me with colour options and treatments, she was so friendly and professional and knowledgeable.

Had such a lovely and non judgemental experience with some major detangling with Helen and Kelsie! Such lovely and kind ladies who untangled it amazingly and so quickly too. Such a chill and non judgmental environment overall. These ladies deserve awards

RIP OFF!
Went to pay and got charged $18 for a 7min undercut (a simple #1 shave at the underneath of my hair/nape of neck- just a simple shave over the existing undercut).
$10 ok, $15 pushing it, but I was charged $18! Really? I questioned this nicely and she confirmed.
The lady manager/boss is an absolute opportunist and ruins new customers experience/ repeat business! Be careful they'll overcharge for whatever they can

I did have a lovely wash by a sweet young girl with a fab scalp massage, as well as the shave but another lovely lady willing to assist.

I went here for a hair cut, they charged $35 for a 10 min haircut where they didn’t wet it and it was quite uneven, and not all of the dead ends were cut off, do not recommend

While the staff were lovely, they made huge mistakes with my hair colour. I’m a natural blonde and every now and then I’ll get blonde highlights through my hair to keep it bright. This particular occasion I wanted white blonde which is very easily done on already blonde hair. (I also provided a photo) I paid 250 dollars for the service and I did not receive white blonde hair. After they did my hair It was golden/yellow with a lot of brassy brown tones in it. (I’ve never had issues with blonde colour, bleach or toner going through my hair ever) While they did try and rectify the issue the next day, they could not get my hair to a white blonde or even a blonde in general. I now have very ashy toned hair. For 250 dollars I’m very disappointed and only wish I could’ve gotten my money back. I absolutely love my blonde hair and now my hair is darker than my natural blonde colour and I’m devastated. While the ashy tone is a nice colour, it’s not what I asked for and it was for my birthday. You guys need to do better please.

Not one to leave reviews generally but I had such a pleasant experience with the staff members here that I didn't want it to go unnoticed. They were all extremely knowledgeable and advised on the best colour service and treatment for my virgin roots. My balayage was growing out and they had matched my previous colour perfectly despite getting it done elsewhere. I felt like I was good hands every step of the way and trusted their judgement when they advised on colour suitability based on my skin tone.

They're also such a nice bunch to speak to and in the short time I was there, I can see why people keep coming back! I would highly recommend this spot and will definitely come back again to get my hair done.

We are visiting from down south and they were able to fit in my husband and 2 little kids last minute in the afternoon. I was booked for the next day and had my hair cut and coloured by the hairdresser Marie and she was amazing! I also watched another hairdresser do the coolest hairdo on a school boy just like he requested. Lovely ladies and i walked out so impressed. Thanks Marie, if Im ever back up in Perth again, ill be coming back to you

Worst experience with keratin treatment left my scalp itchy. Got dandruff afterwards which i never had in my life. Dint get the result i was expecting! Also their prices are high.

I am so pleased with my hair, Fererdica is fantastic at her job and really listens to detail. My hair colour looks absolutely stunning and my blow wave was so smooth, considering my hair is very very curly and frizzy. I also had a wonderful wash at the basin and was extremely relaxing. HERE! I went to price attack a couple months ago. I feel bad for not writing a review earlier. I was going to try and let it go but it’s been so long and my hair is still so ruined. My hairdresser ma name was Alex. I went into get a balayage style, I had given her a picture of the style I wanted. I already had blonde hair that was down to my bra line. I was in the chair for 5 hours! Only to have my hair come out red. She had also cut my hair and now it is shoulder length ️ When I told Alex that I wasn’t happy. The colour was all wrong and I was really upset over the cut. Alex had told me that it was completely the same as it was in the picture. I wish I could upload the pictures on this review so you can see how bad it really is. Then she said that there was bad lighting in the salon and when I go outside I will see the streaks. Why would a hairdressing salon have bad lighting? She also said that after a couple washes the streaks will come out more and that will make my hair lighter. Why would my hair get lighter after a couple washes? I went in the next day and told them I was unhappy with my hair and I wanted it fixed. Considering that I paid $300. The lady was quite rude to me when I trying to make another appointment. I went back on the following Monday to get it fixed. The lady was very sweet to me. She was working when I had my first appointment and remembered hearing me saying that I wasn’t happy. She had told me that she would try to make my hair blonde again. That she would try to do so it didn’t completely fry my hair. I was in the chair for another 4 hours! After that my hair was falling out by the handfuls. A month later I had gone to another hairdresser to see what I can do? I had asked her what to write my review after she had examined it. This is what she had said

Hair consultation feedback - your hair had breakage through interior/exterior around my nape/crown/sides/top from being lightened over the 2 days. I do not recommend any more lightening services over the next 6 - 12 months to strengthen hair and recommended Nioxin/partial extensions

She has put in 8 pieces of hair extensions ($175) into my hair. A conditioning treatment ($125) That has brought my hair to the fullness I had before going here. What a terrible experience. Now it’s going to take a year just to get my hair back to normal. One whole year!

After this whole terrible experience it really sticks with me of how Alex had said that it was the same as the picture. Anyone could see how much of a lie that was. Then to come up with those other excuses. Completely unprofessional. Such a horrible experience.

First time I have been to this hairdresser.
Catherine gave me a great cut.
I feel management use cheap products as my hair was dry when I left and didn't have that salon feel when I left.
Absolutely no problem with the hardresser, just inferior products.
The lady that took the payment needs to learn customer skills, abrupt.

I had my hair done by Catherine the other day and WOW what a difference she has made to my confidence. The hair cut itself was immaculate and she gave me some great product knowledge as well.
