Preston St IGA

Probably the worst IGA ever been too and the shop worker in uniform who had clearly finished shift and barged past me and my family was very disrespectful! Time about 6pm! At least have the decency to be out of uniform before you walk around the shop in this manner! You then come back and stand in the aisle with us and clearly less urgent body language!

Then we purchased some confectionary and not once but three times the packets had been split! Not great! Based on the IGAs we go to this was terrible so not sure on your accolades as this was not reflective!

Amazing! So many things. Best looking fruit and veg. I am single so having the ability to buy just a few sticks of celery rather than the whole thing is great. And that I can get a hot roast meal! That was the clincher for me.

One of the best, if not the best IGA I've ever been to, great takeaway food, buns, cakes. The staff are great and usually at least 5 of 6 tils are manned constantly due to the number of people. It's a gem.

Great supermarket!
Open 24 hours a day, with a great range of fruit, veg, meat and all sorts of deli and supermarket items.
You can pay a little more for items but it is well worth the convienance.
Good parking lot right outside, though not huge, there is street parking nearby.

Best IGA, fruit and veggies are good quality and all the food they make on site is really good.

This store is a shopping "experience" but I won't be back. It is too overpriced for regular use.

Overpriced and I’ve had my bag searched four times in the last six months. I’m forty two and I’ve never had my bag searched in a supermarket before. Generally friendly staff though, they’re usually nice.

It is obvious the people here care about their offer. Efficient and friendly staff. Wonderful produce section. Deli to wow. This shop proves you don't need to have everything to be the best!

This take away diner is great.great food selection, great service, but the lack of tables and chairs is a concern

One of the best IGAs I've ever visited staff are great and there are so many great items to buy they even sell hot roast meals and rolls I pop in whenever I'm going past

Have improved si much over past year. Delicious chef cooked fresh meals, F & V quality very good

I bought 2 packs of strawberries. 1 pack was completely bad.had to throw it to the bin straight away.high price, low quality. So disappointing.

They'r very nice friendly staff i used this shop more than 4 years i never had any problems with this shop and staff specially customer services and managers.

Anothet fabulous Independent market. We should support them more. I know it's still a big bucks super market- but a Local gal or guy worked hard & pays workers well to get to this point. Innovative awesome excitement comes out of our IGAs. Not cookie cutter (cheaper for sure) mass produced, less fresh products from the big guy's. Think about it. Local.

Love the layout, the variety, the pace to which you can get through the checkout and the friendly staff

Convienent place with plant other shops, wide range of products; groceries, essentials etc, and 24/7 service, I was straight in straight out

24/7 opening hours, good convenience, well organised for a small store. Recently renovated, clean and tidy. Has blue pumpkins available, unlike Coles or Woolies, that's great because they are not woody flavour. May find other items not available at the big supermarkets. But they don't stock salted caramel Tim Tams like Waterford I. G. A.
