Preston St IGA

On the 3rd of Oct, I bought some salad and pasta. At the checkout I was served by Shivani, who charged me $29/kg for loose herbs instead of $18/kg for loose vegetables as labelled on the shelf. I wasn’t issued a receipt either. After I left the store, I felt that the items were more than expected. When I returned to the store to check with Shivani, I was told there’s nothing she could do as it’s in the system. However, there’s something she could do. She could have done her job as a cashier by keying in the correct item.

Wrote an email to Preston IGA, been 12 days and still no response. Really disappointed as Preston IGA prides themselves on being friendly as customer service oriented.

Shout out to Rachel on the tills who always has a great smile and provides excellent customer service.

Always been a rip off. Prices gone up considerably (theft) for an fake economic SCAM. A jumping on board to join all the other ratbags stealing selling food. Farmer Jacks opening soon. Yay!

Prices are fairly high at this IGA very convenient though. Great friendly staff. Parking awful, not enough parks and very narrow.

Great little store for gourmet and regular food items. Plenty of special types of food eg gf.
Get take out while you’re there at the plaza or across the road.

Great place for late night shopping. 24hr is fantastic for shift worker's. Friendly staff with heaps of parking.

Expensive but it's an IGA! They always seem to have stock when the others don't, and their staff are always friendly and warm.

Charged full price on items that were reduced. Thank goodness I accepted the receipt. Watch out shoppers. How about a refund or credit.

Just want to say I was lost and couldn’t find anything until a young worker named Lachlan came and helped me find everything, the man provided perfect assistance and should be rewarded, I was shocked to see him helping the check out chicks serve as well! Jack of all trades 10/10 service will be shopping there again, good job iga for hiring this young man

Heaps of fresh food options. To many to choose from, there all so yummy and well presented and so many options. With great friendly service.

This store is open 24 hours everyday so if you need anything at any time this store and stuff are there for you. Thankyou IGA

Good to be in a store that caters for the local area. Good range of ready to go food as well as the usual staples. Friendly efficient staff and plenty of parking.
