Beware of this agency's deceptive tactic. They engaged in discussions and gave the impression that I was a strong candidate for the position. However, it became clear that they had already hired someone else before our negotiations were finished. This disrespects the applicant's time and raises concerns about their integrity.

Yeah, good mob to work for very helpful and friendly I would totally recommend them, particular shout out to Marley, so generous in her time with me.

Been a pleasure working for premier people for 5 years gave me great start in the mining industry and gave a good opportunity to travel around many sites picking up new skills. Highly recommend if you are thinking about a start in the fifo game

I learned good maintenance technics,
to secure my at the mine. Andy is a hard and kindfull great Coach.

Worked for PP casual for 5 months as a mining TA and 1 week metro contracts. The hands on training was practical and I felt a bit more prepared when I did my career change over to mining work. Overall the office team's communication is pretty fast when you need some changed such as a flight or a shift which is quite nice. Once you have met enough contractors and start working regularly, overall it is a breeze to work for PP. It's those first four weeks after being hired when you are meeting contractors that can be a bit slow.but stick it out it'll be worth it!

I am extremely happy to be part of premier people family, been working for them seens last year July, it’s my first time working in the mines was nervous scared but the lady’s made sure I can get all the help I needed being new to the job they find me all sorts of job that would meet my requirements and guide me through the job and check on me on how the job was etc
Marley and Jenna was the biggest help for me as they was very helpful getting me a job look after me from day one until now, if I need anything they respond so quickly always on the phone with them checking on us about everything and for me I like the fact that I am very look after by my agency feel like ur part as a family not just work.

All in all amazing company I have been recommended them to all my friends and family because they are just amazing to work with friendly, thoughtful, kind amazing people

Great people, great attitude and great values! They helped me out and encouraged me to grow from the very beginning. Always showed support and compassion. I really recommend this company. They are prone to invest in the right person, for instance by paying for a full training which allows to learn and obtain the necessary skills to start a FIFO career. Amazing start into my fifo career! Marley was so helpful with any questions or enquires I had about anything …Marley always helped answer my questions or help find an answer felt heard and understood …. Work was always constant and secure and the training provided was valid and very helpful / useful when put into the workplace … massive Thankyou to Marley for the time I was at premier people and Thankyou to premier people for getting my foot in the door for fifo work!

Learned heaps today, Andy was/is a great trainer/assessor highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn new skills for the mining industry.

I successfully completed a 2 day training course with the trainer Andy, very knowledgeable and very easy to understand and learn from.

Andy is a good laugh good crew good learning experience if you want to get into conveyor training

Was fortunate enough to get through to training, which was very detailed and with Andys instructions it was quite easy to get a hold of company values that can be implemented when you're sent on sites as well as feel confident in the tasks you might have to carry out.

Premier people are a great company! From providing a hands on learning experience that sets you up for success out on site, to the ongoing support and communication you receive in your journey afterwards is second to none! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a way into the mining industry. Big ups to Andy the safety officer and Marley in the mobilisation team for making this happen!
