Hi. This is a must try restaurant in Perth
From the beautiful service to the best duck I've ever eaten I highly recommend this restaurant.

Beef Capacio was so tender and a generous portion

Calamari was both crispy and soft. Must be fried for only a second.

Slow cooked lamb shoulder just fell apart

Crispy skin duck had a subtle smokeyness and the skin was to die for.

The chef Jo comes out at the end and greets everyone. He is so kind and friendly had a good laugh with him.

The manager (blonde lady) had great knowledge of wine. Service was on the ball and she didn't miss a thing.
For wine we had the Felton road pinot noir from new Zealand paired fantastically with the food. An amazing drop.

Not authentic Italian in the slightest. So many things we tried to order from the menu were "not available" that night (antipasto, gnocchi, moreton bay bugs - at this point you really should consider printing new menus!). Understand if places do not want to offer kids menu, but please don't offer us a spaghetti with olive oil and cheese for a 4 year old and then charge $28 for it. The flavours of all meals were just completely wrong and not traditionally Italian in any way whatsoever.

Every time I go back, I'm never disappointed. Exceptional service and food, a good night for either that special occasion or to really enjoy the experience of dining out.

Prego Restaurant is our favourite restaurant in Perth. Over many years the service has consistently been excellent and the meals are always of the highest quality. We highly recommend Pregos to anyone looking for a special dining experience.

Our very first time to Prego and all I can say is. Brilliant! Every course we ordered, every dish that came to the table and every time our wait person attended to us we were rapped! Stand outs were the fillet steaks (perfectly cooked), scallops (so flavorsome & buttery), mushrooms (a perfect blend of textures), the kunéfé (what a masterpiece!). Will be back very, very soon!

This is hands down one of the most amazing Italian restaurants I have been to. The staff gave us 5 star service. My husband and I had the degustation menu and everything was made to perfection. I have to say the star of the night was the duck. I have never tasted something so heavenly. And the chef Jo came out and talked to us to make sure we had a good experience. We will definitely be going back with our families so they can also experience all this goodness.

The quality variety of the food could could not be faulted. Even thought the restaurant was full, the level of service was excelent. On the last occasion he also came and checked on tables himself which I thought was endearing. We had gone for the set menu last time and will do that again.

Had dinner here for the first time on friday food was sensational had the duck and partner had the fish of the day.and service was spot on! The filipino lady was very accommodating and very funny she made the night. Will come back again!

Great service. The Crispy Duck was so flavoursome n crispy a little more jus would help to make it top notch.
A suggestion to have a few wines between $ 30 to $ 55 range also, as the cheapest wine on the Red wine list is $ 57.
My Tiramisu was good, get a better one at Napoli Mercato hence the 4 stars.
My friends raved about the dessert they had which was not what I had.
I woudld go back for a meal with my friends and family again. Evening well spent. Apologies I was in Prego restaurant

The service and the food were exceptional last night and pricing is very fair too for such beautiful food. We had the scallops for entree, so juicy and a lot of flavour; they were possibly the best scallops I’ve had. Main course was the fish of the day, snapper and it was well paired with a layer of baked potato. Serving sizes were very reasonable as well. One of the top recommendations for me

Excellent choice for the special days. What a menu list. Each and every classic Italian foods are available here. Really recommended.

This place serves yummy meals and extraordinary service. It is one of my favorite Italian place around Perth. In fact, they serve the meals rapidly and the rates are also pretty reasonable. I would recommend this place for sure.

From food service, to hospitality Prego went above and beyond, this restaurant is a nice little gem that should get more recogition, i left tonight with a full stomach from the heart and soul that was put into the food we ate. 5/5 i would definately be back and i would definately recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with the deception of this restaurant! They are listed in the Entertainment Book as BYO, but when we did BYO, they would not honour our Entertainment Card, yet they never disclosed this when they opened our wine. They charged us $10 corkage on top of this. We will NOT return here, as this was very wrong and misleading. Beware if you dine here.

We had a wonderful meal here at Prego Restaurant - the food and service is excellent! A great place to celebrate! Many thanks to the chef and staff for making my mother’s birthday so special!

19 March 2019 our party of nine had degustation $55.90 ea. The first course bruschetta was too crisp and the topping oily. The tortellini sauce was lovely but I couldn't taste the filling and my course of fish for main was not fresh and the couscous flavour was overpowering. The chocolate dessert was stupendous but the panna cota was watery.

Prego is a local delight. Great good and wine with excellent service. The place was packed but not noisy.
First visit was wonderful, won't be the last.

This is our special occasion restaurant - The lamb is to die for and the wine list extensive. Head chef always makes us feel like family.
