I've been to a fair few gyms over the years and can say without a doubt that Power to Empower is the best. Great culture, super helpful and friendly staff in a gym that has everything you need. The Not for Profit and community based focus is radically different to any other gym you'll find. Highly recommend

Power To Empower is unlike any gym I've been to before.

Being a member since the gym's early days I've seen the gym constantly growing and developing into the amazing set up we have today. All the equipment you could need with friendly and knowledgeable owners and trainers.

Something that is really special about P2E is the cultur that owners Ben and Pip have built. There is a real since of community amongst staff and members alike which would be hard to find at any commercial gym. Everyone is friendly and ready to support each other regardless of if you need some tips, advice or a spot. You can always here the roar of encouragement when someone goes for a PB!

The icing on the cake is that this gym is a Non for Profit, meaning you can feel good knowing your gym membership going towards helping others in need.

It feels good to be a part of such a wonderful fitness community.

Power to Empower is the first gym that I have ever joined, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Such a positive and supportive environment to be in! There is always someone to give you a helping hand if needed, and not to mention that your gym membership is helping those in need through their charity connections!

I have been a member at P2E since they opened. Not just a top quality strength facility but a community of people who give back and support each other. I came for the weights and stayed for the people! Highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants more than just a swipe card.
