Port Kennedy Tavern

Great time with family and friends. We were seated very quickly and made to feel at home. The menu was enough to ensure our group of 10 had no problem finding something they liked. I chose Kirkpatrick oysters as entrees and they were great. Main we had the special beef curry and was awesome. In between all that we had a few cold Stellas from the beautifully displayed bar. Overall a great night was had.

Some of the best staff you will ever find, great food and facilities, pool table everything you need.

So, so these days. Food was nice, a little over priced for the location and what's on offer. When over half full it was also bloody noisy.

Amazing food, great atmosphere and staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

Great place to run a bet and have a drink. The atmosphere is good in this place. You can actually roll on in and not look over your back as you would if you were in Mirrabooka or south east Perth. Staff are friendly, customers friendly it's a good place to chill

The Staff are FABULOUS the food is great and so are the people and atmosphere. They have a great selection of drinks and cocktails. Outside, inside and the sports bar are all awesome! Best local pub for sure!

Nice ambience but the staff were kind of rude. I'm sure they were just busy or had something going on at the time but I'll give it another shot

Lamb shank was amazing fell right off bone was delicious, with the right amount of sauce and mash to complement it. Bartenders made cocktails very quick and even did a fruit tingle for me which I loved. Garlic bread huge slices and pork belly, even though drowned in oil, was succulent and topped with the right combination of flavours to be absolutely delicious. Will be going back!

Food was good, could be bigger portions of some meals, light the prawn and crab pasta, quite small for the price.

We went there without a booking and so we weren't expecting anything great. However from the moment we walked in, greeted by the hostess at the booking/seating stand we were treated with the best attitude I have seen from serving staff in a long time. There wasn't a table ready but instead of just saying sorry we don't have anything the host immediately went and started sorting out a table and got us comfy at the bar with drinks.

The service was so quick but we never felt rushed. The drink range is quick large which is always good and the bar staff mix their drinks well.

We had cheesy garlic bread for a starter. I had a chicken parmigiana and my partner had the 12h slow cooked lamb shank.

Cheesy Garlic Bread- nice thick slices of bread, soft but crisp on the crust, the cheese did not over take the taste of the garlic and was all well balanced.
Chicken Parmigiana- came with chips and coleslaw, very nice thick steak chips with a good amount of seasoning. The parmigiana was tender and what ever their crumb topping is, is amazing, it was crunchy and gave the Parma a very nice texture.
12h Slow Cooked Lamb Shank- came with cheesy garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini in a red wine sauce. The lamb shank was cooked perfectly! The meat was so tender and just slid straight off the bone. The red wine sauce was well balanced and did not detract from the taste of the lamb which can so easily be done by mistake.

We will definitely be going here again.

This is a great tavern and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Woman that is now manager has ruined it for me. She is very rude and aggressive. She actually raised her voice to a shout and pushed her face to within inches of mine. I left and will not return whilst there is a possibility of having to encounter that kind of treatment.

Always fabulous service and food when visiting PK tavern. The tavern has become our new local. Can't fault the food always delicious and alway plentiful!
We came today and I splurged and ordered the rump my god soooo good! Cooked to perfection was so delicious I made sure I ate it all. Can't wait to return

Well presented pub, have only ever had one let down foodwise which was swiftly dealt with by wonderful kitchen staff. I have been here many times and plan to make use of the function room they offer patrons.

A joke. Can watch Eastern States rugby or other countries soccer but can not watch AFL! Unless you watch on your phone!

Only given a 3 as the food isn't good.used to be a great place to eat. Not so much now, my opinion only. Good for a bet and a drink. Wish I could rate higher just for the staff.they are great and super friendly.

The function room is a fabulous place to hold that special party or soirée! Had my big birthday bash there and it was a totally easy and stress free experience. The room is private and has its own bar which is great. It is also a very family friendly space. The kitchen prepared the most awesome food - that long board platter is amazing! All the staff were wonderful and helpful. I would totally recommend PK Tavern for any of your private functions!

My first visit to Pt Kennedy Tavern and I would recommend for anyone who was wanting a lovely lunch time and wonderful atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and we didn't have to wait very long for our meal

Food was great. Child friendly, they gave our daughter a little activity book to keep her occupied.
