I rented bikes here on two different days. The staff were friendly, quick and efficient. The bikes were two of the best I have ever rented - well maintained, good shifting and tire pressure. And the rat s were very reasonable.

During my training session my bike's rear derailleur broke, including chain and spoke.
I came in to the shop at 1530h on a Saturday evening and they managed to change all the broken parts + before they closed at 1700h.
Very happy for that I was able to cycle from the shop that day.

I have been to four bike shops with varying success, walked in to this place with my expectations set reasonably low.
How wrong I was, the gentleman who served me was pleasant very informative and walked out knowing so much more than when I walked in. I didn't buy a bike but I will certainly go back to deal with this shop.
This is what customer service should be.
