A good friend of mine lost her hair due to illness.
We went to Playwith Hair and were both overjoyed with the compassion that Tim showed to us. He made the whole experience fun and light hearted, it was just what my friend needed.
The quality of the wigs and the way that they are all beautifully displayed was outstanding.
The service was impeccable, nothing was a bother it was a lovely experience.

Where do I start - I ordered a nice blonde wig from Tim early on this year - received the wig earlier than expected (WOW). Tried it on and unfortunately the wig color didn't suit me (it was a tad too warm for my complexion).

I contacted Tim who quickly organised a exchange and offered a suitable one to match me. I received the new wig and I am sooooo much happier with the choice that he made for me. Well Done <3

I have purchased several different styles of wig for my many clients from PlaywithHair over the last few years, and have always been really happy with the quality!

Friendly people to deal with and the shipping is FAST!

Their customer service and return policy’s are terrible and this is bad in particular for an online store. If you want to return or exchange your item, you must notify them with a return request within “48 hours” of “delivery”, the item will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee and added to that are the shipping expenses. If you bought an $80 item, you will lose almost half of the money you spent overall.
Secondly, they don’t respond to the emails with the word ‘return’ in the subject so avoid that. I sent them an email to return the wig which I bought the same day I received it, they haven’t replied to me after a week, I sent another email and still nothing from them.

This is not the kind of store that you can shop from with confidence.

Amazing quality wigs in every price range, for every occasion. So happy with my wig I could cry and Tim the owner was unbelievably helpful giving me some tips to style it. The care products are good too. Honestly, never have I been so happy buying online.

I have been buying hair pieces from Tim for years, and have to say play with hair has always been helpful and prompt with delivery and responding to emails. I was on the hunt for a specific wig which i found on the site and was in direct contact with the owner asking to provide me with more photos to make sure it was exactly what i was looking for because i have ordered cheaper wigs and have been disappointed in the past. He was super friendly and helpful replying straight away with more photos and extra information! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had all the info i needed. I purchased the wig and chose express shipping and i had it within 2 days which was fantastic! Wig arrived exactly like the pictures and it was great quality! Thank you Play With Hair! Don't EVER be tempted to buy from these people. Hair colours are not the same as on the website. When you try to get an exchange no-one answers your emails. Their policy seems to be - if you've bought it, you've got it and too bad if it's not right. Had to wait weeks for the delivery and then it didn't match my hair colour. Emailed twice with regard to swapping for a different colour and never received an answer. Plus they are heaps more expensive than other places on the internet. I thought I would get a better product if I paid more, but this is most definitely not the case. The hairpiece wasn't even curly as it was in the advertising pictures! Not happy and would NEVER recommend. How rude not to reply to customers.

Selection of wigs and hair pieces was huge, and loads of colors! Tim was easy and fun to deal with, pieces are priced so well, range was fantastic and colours are true. I can't recommend highly enough this small, friendly, professional business.
