Playwith Hair

Ordered a hair peice for my wife costing over $600. It's coming up on 2 months since we have ordered and they aren't responding to emails, phone calls, voicemail messages or website messages. All we want to know is what's happening.

Tim has since emailed me and explained what's happened. He also made it his priority to get our concerns addressed and has gone above and beyond to do so at his cost! That's customer service right there and all you can ask for! I would have deleted the earlier verbatim but I think it's important to know when a business comes through and not only answers a concern but then does what they can to address it completely.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and received confirmation and my payment went through but I have not heard any further information about my order. I have sent emails and left messages on the phone number on the website and have had no response whatsoever.

I am posting this on behalf on my mum (Mary) who has recently purchased from Tim at Playwith Hair, and let me tell you. I will be rushing to buy quite a few wigs from Tim myself! His huge selection of wigs is AMAZING, and personal, attentive and kind service is BEYOND INCREDIBLE! She is already shopping for more wigs from his store. She and I had started "wig hunting" a few weeks ago as part of mum's "pick me up makeover" due to her hair loss from being very ill for quite some time. She always had a TON of hair so the sudden and rapid loss has been very depressing for her. After all our research I decided it would be an awesome way to have a few different looks myself AND a great way to cut down on "hair prep time" in my morning rush for work. Anyway, Mum purchased a few wigs before she found Playwith Hair, expensive and not ending up being what she thought she was getting.very disappointing. AND THEN SHE FOUND PLAY WITH HAIR AND TIM @! Honestly, he was SO kind and helpful, AND because she lived close by he even took the time to personally drop the wig off to her yesterday! RARE TO FIND SERVICE LIKE THAT THESE DAYS! And he is THE sweetest nicest guy ever! A HUGE THANK YOU TIM! I have already marked quite a few wigs I'll be buying from you and you will be the only one mum and I will be buying from, we will be telling everyone we know to buy only from PLAYWITH HAIR!:) So, everyone reading this review and looking for wigs for ANY reason and ANY occasion look no further than Tim and Playwith Hair, I promise you his service and products far surpass all others in every way, you will NOT be disappointed!:)

Anyone who is looking for excellent quality wigs look no further than Play with hair! I have been dealing with this company for more than 10 years now and the service they supply is the best!
This company is Perth based however, don't let that put you off! You will get your products in a blink of an eye lol no word of a lie.they might be the furthest state in our country but they have the fastest delivery service than our other states!
This company has a fantastic range of wigs in all varieties, shapes and sizes, whether you wear it everyday or just for fun. I myself wear a wig everyday except if I'm at home.
Tim and his team are there to help you with any question or problems you may have, I've never met another person who is as dedicated to their job as I have with Tim! He goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied with your product. Tim is very knowledgeable about all things wig: D

I have been ordering wigs from Play With Hair for over 12 years.
From wigs for my Cabaret shows to normal wigs for everyday use when my hair snapped off to less than an inch at the back of my head from chemical/ colour/ dodgy hairdresser. I was horrified butTim helped so much.
Tim has always been a pleasure to deal with helping with suggestions on types and styles.
His website is easy to manage and offers a HUGE selection of brands and price range from human hair and lace front wigs to synthetic short, medium and long.
Each time you click on a style you like it comes up in every colour available.
His company is Australia based (from Perth) so delivery can usually be within a few days in Australia.
Play With Hair constantly have new ranges and styles of wigs and the professional friendly service always makes it a pleasure to deal with.

Where do I start - I ordered a nice blonde wig from Tim early on this year - received the wig earlier than expected (WOW). Tried it on and unfortunately the wig color didn't suit me (it was a tad too warm for my complexion).

I contacted Tim who quickly organised a exchange and offered a suitable one to match me. I received the new wig and I am sooooo much happier with the choice that he made for me. Well Done <3

So many different colours & styles to chose from. Tim was super helpful & friendly, made me feel really comfortable choosing a style. Gave me heaps of ideas on how to style for all different occasions & events. He told me about all the different products, which he carries a wide range of & showed me how to care and maintain my wig.
