Pizzica, Pizzeria & Charcoal Grill reviews
57Service was very bad. We ordered a gluten free pizza and didn’t get a gluten free pizza. The waiter was horrible to us from the moment we got there, we were rushed through and were told to order quick because we were coming in at a later booking time. I asked 2 times can you please make sure it’s gluten free when I ordered, because I could see it was busy. I knew the pizza wasn’t gluten free once I started eating it. I mentioned it at the counter to be told I didn’t order gluten free which is a shame. No apology, nothing. My stomach is in a very bad way today. It’s a shame, this place has a great vibe and came highly recommended. I don’t usually write reviews, but to be dismissed at the counter like that was unacceptable
Pizzica is one of those places we always have to go when around in Margaret River region. The pizzas taste fantastic, the restaurant always warm and welcoming. The staff always lovely. Love the Italian feel of the place.
Waited 75 mins for a table (because we didn’t book) I would wait 120 mins for that!
Barman was quirky and entertaining as he whipped up our cocktails and the Pizza was of the highest quality! I’m normally more of a thick pizza base guy but this was outstanding! If you’re in the area, make sure you book, you will not be disappointed!
We stood and waited to be seated for a good 5 minutes with Staff walking past, even when we tried to get attention of staff they quickly walked off. Disappointing experience, food looked great, but customer service was very poor.
Words cannot do justice to how good the food is.
Living in Bunbury, I would make the trip to Margaret river just for the food here
Having dinner at Pizzica is a great way to end any Margaret river trip. The food was absolutely amazing and left me wanting to come back for more. I would however suggest that you book before you go if you’d like a certain time. I went on a Thursday and was seated near the door so I saw lots of people who didn’t have a booking being told they wouldn’t be able to seat them as they were booked up for the night
Second time visiting this place! Cosy little pizzeria. The woodfired pizzas never fail to impress. We had pizza contadina and seasonal chargrilled vegetables. Delicious!
Absolutely Incredible!
This would have to be one of the best pizzas I have ever had, and the ricotta cake was amazing.
The atmosphere was fantastic with a real Mediterranean feel.
It’s going to be hard to find a better meal in Margaret River.
If you are wanting a really nice Pizza whilst in Margaret River then you must try this place. Real woodfired Pizza and delicious toppings. The restaurant itself is just beautiful. Give it a try!
45min wait for two pizzas, so we decided to make it a takeaway. Bases were very thin, crust was charred and topping was meagre. Quite disappointing.
Nice pizza and staff but conflicted with core business of take away. Order to delivery of pizza when dining in is an hour which is a bit long
A true and accurate slice of Rome, in Western Australia! An experience that will make you miss Italy, even if never been there!
Very poor - l know all about good food and this is not it - sent meal back having tasted it - bland no seasoning or flavour balls of fat disguised as meat. Owner tried the usual flannel, good cut of meat - mother’s recipe but there’s no excuse for serving up poor quality food
Great atmosphere, prefect service. Pizza however was floppy, borderline soggy. Toppings slid off as soon as you picked up. Flavour was great, crust delicious, but needs work on getting the base crispy.
Great place to get a pizza in Margaret River. Service was a little slow and the lady could have been friendlier she looked a bit moody but food was great and would go again.
Pizza = AMAZING!
Been in Margaret for 6 days and we’ve already been there twice.
The pizza is a proper Italian pizza, excellent flavours, right amount of toppings, the place is beautiful, cozy and a perfect place for dates. Great service, Kitchen and waitstaff super friendly.
If you’re looking for good pizza don’t doubt it, just go to Pizzica.
