Pizzica, Pizzeria & Charcoal Grill reviews
57Absolutely the best pizza ever. Tastes great and fresh. The service was 5 star, would definitely recommend
Amazing food and service. I hadn’t been for a while and forgot they are much more than a pizza joint!
Shout out to Jacopo - what a talented bartender. He makes this place stand out. His skill & knowledge in mixology is something Margs desperately needs to stand out as different from other restaurants/bars around. We just wanted a cocktail, couldn’t chose …Jacopo was able to work out what we liked & recommend his own clever twist for cocktails for us. Even mocktails for our son. Please go try his own personal daiquiri with a smokey twist - wow!
Jacopo was so charming we had to stay for more & sitting there at the bar with the quaint decor & friendly Italian staff it was like we had been transported back to Europe. Can’t wait to return!
Authentic Italian Pizza. The tomato paste tastes AMAZING how do they make it so good?
Waiters were very accommodating.
The atmosphere is very nice. Just be prepared for it to be a bit warm.
The atmosphere is very nice in restaurant and the staff is helpful, however pizza was not very good. It looks amazing, but lacks the taste. For example my pizza was with eggplant which was without any spices and the pizza itself lacked salt. The bruchettas was nice, but for 3 small bruchettas to pay 18 aud is quite pricey.
Everything was amazing, one of the best places for eat a pizza in Margaret, but you have to make a reservation before to come cause is too busy
Unfortunately, I think we may have ordered the two things the menu that were strictly average, because all the other meals coming out looked incredible! The bruschetta was essentially bland tomatoes finely chopped with just salt on hard bread. And our pizza (a vegetarian one) was tasteless. We spoke with the waiter and asked for advice on additions to enhance and flavour and were suggested olives and Parmesan which did help dramatically. We were then however charged $3 for our tablespoon of Parmesan and $2 for the sliced olives.a tad disappointing but a fun vibey spot.
One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! Great restaurant with really friendly staff and the food was incredible! A must visit if you’re in Margaret River
One of my favourite restaurants in town absolutely love their food. Any pick from the menu is delicious.
Very friendly and joyful staff. Absolutely love everything about this place.
Another authentic Italian restaurant at Margaret river! We ordered the charcoal grilled octopus and pizza with anchovies and chilli. Both were super delicious. The restaurant itself is very cosy and beautiful.
Love going to Pizzica everytime I get to Margaret River, I wasn't disappointed again having the slow woodfired pork knuckle it fell off the bone and tasted Devine, I highly recommend. Service was quick and friendly
Pizzas were delicious. Great Cocktails too. Marco the waiter was very friendly. Cosy atmosphere. Would definitely go back!
Highly recommend the Pizza at Pizzica. Really delicious and a surprise to find this yumminess in a town where the food wasn't great otherwise.
The most disappointing italian pizza I have had in Australia. We had the Marinara no seafood ($18) and La Paesana ($28). We only tasted tomatoe paste and a not good tasting garlic paste on the Marinara. We both felt like something is missing. If no seafood there should be at least cheese on it.
After that we thought the other one must be good, because the restaurant was recommended by an Italian friend. But La Paesana was tasteless. Ham had only a salty taste, olives a little bit taste, this was it. I have never been so disappointed in any food in Perth or Margaret River area. The only good things are the woodfire-oven-baked dough and friendly service. The restaurant looks nice.
But never again for us. Almost $50 blown out of the window. If you are looking for good Italian pizza, go somewhere else, at least in Perth are few good options.
Great food and excellent customer service. The young lady with the short hair was out waitress and was so attentive, cheerful and went the extra mile to advise us the best way to heat up each portion takeaway food. The decor and interior of the restaurant was lovely and really made the whole experience authentic.
Came to this restaurant after we were given a recommendation and were not disappointed! We ordered the stuffed olives, nduja octopus and porcheta stuffed pizza. Everything was so tasty and it was lovely hearing all the italian in the kitchen which just left us even more excited for our food as we knew it would be uathetic and tasty.
A must visit for anyone that loves good food
Price for 3 pizzas (86$). Base good.toppings.really average. Had the pescatore, la rustica and crudaiola.have to say compared to many other places, one of the poorest quality pizzas i have had, and i think the price is clearly on the expensive side.would definitely NOT recommend.
We ordered a pizza got there to pay around $28 it cost us $41.40 for a very average pizza that the edges was burnt and no flavour at all. Extremely disappointing. I was so shocked at the price that I couldn't even tell them there and then how digusted I was. Margaret River keeps telling people how fantastic their produce is well how about start showing it!
Lovely place, pizza was ok. Just disappointed telephone orders seem to take priority, also was never offered any salt/pepper, chilli oil…. Would expect that would be part of the service, had the pizzaca was a bit bland…. Half of it had sausage with a tiny bit of chilli, pepperoni pizza was good and the mozzarella salad looks impressive but not much thought gone in it, for the high price with a bag of salad and a ball of mozzarella.
Great little place with possibly the best pizza anywhere, including most of Italy. However, it is the most expensive…….
Otherwise…. Bravo!
