Pizza Hut Woodvale

Delivery driver left pizza on chair without knocking on my door and my pizza went cold because i didn't know it was there till three hours later when i went outside to start looking around (very lazy)

Tonight I ordered instore two large pizzas and a Hershey’s cookie. I asked for Hawaiian and Pepperoni pizzas
When I picked them up 15 minutes later they were jammed packed with fresh toppings, crispy and hot. DELICIOUS. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the pizza. Well done Woodvale ️

Phoned and ordered a large supreme. By the time I got there, it was ready. Great pizza for the price. Friendly customer service!

Ordered a pizza with bacon removed from the toppings - there was a lot of bacon on the pizza. My son ordered a pizza with ham removed from the toppings - there was a lot of ham on his pizza.

I wish I could give 0 rating. Worst customer service and experience with Pizza Hut. We ordered for pick up for 2 hot and spicy chicken pizza but we got one incorrect product which we checked after coming home. So we called the store and store manager said he can’t send replacement unless we are ready to wait for 1 hour (I wonder if someone orders for delivery will store make them wait for 1 hour? Or it is just reason to not to fix their problem) It was already late so we said can’t wait, for that store person mentioned that he would return money. And guess what? It never happened. Feedback sent to Pizza Hut and filled survey but no action from Pizza Hut too.

We have been regulars for a delivery and pick up for a long time But the Manager Fiona was are very rude! I rang up to ask how long our order was and was rudely spoken to. Once Pizzas were delivered the delivery driver was very polite and offered us the pizzas for free but we paid anyway as I was given better manors by my parents.

Friendly staff. Topping and quality of food are excellent. Had a great experience with Pizza Hut Woodvale. Several deals and money-saving and awesome pizza taste. Thank you, guys, for making my expression yummy.ill stick with Pizza Hut.

The service is terrible. I don't know what people are talking about. They are out the back and don't come out to serve. The pizzas sit in their cabinet and you wait until they can be bothered serving. The pizza is yum but the service is a joke.

This is the best pizza hut we have eve been to. Very fresh. Lots of toppings and the service is lovely. Highly recommend.

They stuffed up majorly. Our order was not cimpleted by yhe ageeed time. Then they said sorry we dont gave that crust anymore. I mean who takes oreers from phone without checking if they have enough stuff to be able to make the order.

The web site is a joke. Doesn't allow to order. And when trying to contact the store on 13 number says the branches are closed. Yet it was 9: 10 pm on Wednesday.close time 10 pm. Is the store providing a service to the public or only when the night provides it with money.

Had the best hot and spicy chicken pizza and garlic prawn pizza tonight. Loved their seasoned chicken wings with ranch sauce too. Amazing food, service and prompt delivery. Will go to them again.

This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here, we went to try the new family box with the hearshy cookie which I normally love. But what we received was 2 burnt pizzas one was the wrong flavour and even the cookie didn’t taste as good as normal. I didn’t check the boxes until I got home as I didn’t want them to get cold. But, never again would I shop here.

Ordered online delivery of Pepperoni deep pan and Apple crumble pizza. Ordered at 9.10pm on Sunday Eve was supposed to be here for 9.45pm it arrived ten mins early, pizza was piping hot and sooooo yummy everything about the order was fantastic. Easy, early delivery and quality of food was 10/10. Well done guys was a nice meal so yummy woke up and had a piece for breakfast. Thanks

First pizza place to oblige our online order special instruction "write best joke on the box". Someone wrote "Best Joke" on them. Touchè my friend. We were half way through our pizzas when we finally noticed and started cracking up.

Also the $5 beef deluxe from here is delicious. Will be returning.

Don't assume that you will get your order on time if you order over the net. This shop used to be good but now it's slow and frustrating - find somewhere else.

We're the usual friday night pizza people and tried woodvale pizza hut for the first time.
Not sure what they did but it was the best pizza I've ever eaten.
Pepperoni with bbq sauce deep pan. Oh yes

There was an order mix up with two stores. An Joe was very helpful an understanding. Would definitely recommend ordering from him.

Well this could not process an online order because of glitches in the system so I tried to call. The answering service could not decipher our street name and therefore could not order anything this way either.there was no ability to speak to a human! V pissed off
