Pizza Hut Woodvale

I went in on Wednesday to get the $1 wing deal and decided to just go into the store to order, instead of doing a pick up. However, the workers was rude straight off the bat. I ordered 6 wings and it should have been $6. When I was about to pay, the man who served me said it was going to be $9.95 (since I ordered 2 ranch, which still isn’t the right amount?) and did not show me physically before I tapped. However, I received the notification straight away and saw that I got charged $12? Which I then asked about and he said that the deal was not valid after 9: 45? It was only 9: 40 and I checked on the website and it was still valid. I’m so confused as to why he had to be rude and lie to my face like that. It’s a small amount of money but it’s still not right

I ordered thin and crispy but got thin and floppy. Too much sauce drizzle and not cut properly. So disappointed

The chicken and bacon pizza we ordered barley had any toppings. Completely unacceptable for the price tag we paid adding to it the Sunday surcharge only to get a peace of bread with a smeared sauce on it.

Your menu is so misleading as it does not mention the size or does not give options to add on etc. Should have just gone with domino’s. This pizza I paid 27$ just 4 slices …. Are you kidding me …. Total waste. It’s smaller than the small size. Pls don’t rip people like this. Do business with some ethics.

Been using pizza hut woodvale regularly recently.however on Tuesday I placed an online order at 12.30 for delivery at 16.45 as I was leaving the house at 17.10. Pizzas finally arrived at 17.03, no apology or explanation. I lodged a complaint - 1739462 - heard nothing. Called today, left on hold for over 8 minutes listening to William Tell Overture. Very unimpressed

Decided to come here for dinner tonight for the very first time (26/10) and ordered an half ‘n half meatlovers/veggie sensation pizza with garlic bread and a 1.25L drink. I was served by a lovely woman behind the front counter, she was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what I wanted with her great suggestions she had great customer service skills. The pizza I ordered was very very good and so was the garlic bread. I’m very impressed and I’ll be coming back here soon!

If you like ordering menu pizza but receiving saucy or cheesy bread then order from here. Ordered a vegetarian pizza last night and it’s basically a cheese and sauce pizza only 5 olives on the entire pizza, 3 visible strips of mushroom, reasonable amount of green capsicum, 6 bits of pineapple on the whole pizza! Not one slice contains all ingredients. Plenty of cheese. Absolute waste of money.

Ordered couple of wings and other foods today. Wings were so blend, poor of sauces. Meet balls were looking so bad like burnt and taste weird. After having those, I got sore throat. Might need the oil to be changed.

Always great, friendly and prompt service and if ever a delay (rarely) always apologises. Food still arrives hot and delicious.

Made an order online, ordered spicy vegetarian received chicken and bacon, called twice left a msg, no call back or reply. Online feedback still no reply. Terrible service

Pizza was apparently good but I only rang to check if they still did the SpongeBob pizza (as requested by the kids). He said they didn’t but that he could. So we went through the order, I asked if it would come in the SpongeBob box and was told no sorry, we don’t have them anymore. That’s fair enough so we still went ahead with the order. On arrival we were told that they didn’t have the SpongeBob sauce either so would we like another one…. So there was NOTHING SpongeBob about the pizza at all - it was a ham and beef pizza! Bit of a scam, we would have gone somewhere closer to home if we thought it was just pizza!

First time we have had Woodvale Pizza Hut, very happy with it. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Definitely recommend

I usually order at Wanneroo for the past 6 yrs.this time i passed by on this shop ar Woodvale. First time i had a pizza from pizza hut witch was cheesy and so good.

First time going here, I made a mistake on my order, went to pick it up and they were fully understanding, helpful and even though i insisted, they did not want to charge me extra.
Extremely friendly people. Will definitely return.

Beware of Staff here- they tried to rip us off charging $30 to add 2 extra ingredients to a standard pepperoni pizza! Called Joondalup pizza hut & they charged $15.50 for the exact order. Don't want to say it- but it's obvious that staff are pocketing the extra cash.

Amazing staff always helpful & food is always hot & ready on time A+ will definitely buy from here again if I'm in the area

AVOID, AVOID! Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered pizzas online for 6.30 but needed to change the delivery address. Rang them at 5.05pm and supposedly my order is out for delivery. I asked to speak to someone else, who can't find my order. The manager is not there and now I've paid for food that will never arrive as they don't have it on their system! Very very disappointing. I'd advise you to AVOID at all costs!

Fantastic Pizza, big, fluffy with lots of cheese. Didnt skimp out on the toppings. Bloody 10 stars people!
Beats the hell out of that Dominoes rubbish any day of the week. You can take one of Pizza Huts pizzas to the 'pool room'
