29Don't waste your time on ordering online when you have a voucher because the staff member will refuse your voucher and will talk you that they do not accept vouchers
First time I've gone and certainly won't go back. Manager is rude, aggressive and lacking in customer service. Mucks up and order and gets on the defensive before asking what do I want him to do. Can you fix up the order. No. No admission of fault, no apology and no fix so he lost his business to dominoes. Will stick to them in future.
After the manager made our order wrong he then refused to change the order to the correct base. He was very confrontational and very rude towards my wife and I in front of our 2 young children.
We then had to argue to get our money back which we eventually got and went round to dominos where we received delightful customer service.
I will never be back into this pizza hut and wish that nobody goes through the poor customer service that we encountered.
Not bad. Pizzas are well made. I usually go to Dominos but after eating here I always consider pizza hut. Place is clean like any other pizza shop. Staff is good, could be a bit more friendly? May be.doesnt bother me. Service is prompt. Will go again.
Shocking customer service from the manager. I am disgusted with the service I received on the 02/02/2019. He was extremely rude and very impatient.
They will makeup things and charge you extra bucks for no reason and will never give you benefit of coupons given by pizzahut.never going again
Did not buy pizza there, my wife makes better pizzas for a fraction of the cost. Could not bring myself to pay for such slop.
The pizza is nice but they are lazy when it comes to cutting the pizza.always stuck together never seperated
I have been going to this pizza hut for years, because it keeps delivering. Service is always warm and friendly. Never had a bad pizza from them. Have had one or two issues and when I mention it to them they always address the concern immediately and I leave feeling very happy about it. Would 100% recommend this branch over others. Service is ALWAYS fast too, very reliable!
