Pizza Hut South Lake

I have been getting pizza here weekly now for a few years. I’ve always been happy with the service and food provided.

Pizza from here is good, but sometimes orders can be placed, then cancelled and you'll have to wait for the refund. Figured I'd have an easy night and used my last 40 to get some pizza and try a different item. Guess I'll be waiting till tomorrow afternoon for food now. Oh well

Great pizzas, cooked well with a good amount of toppings. Nice thick yet crispy crusts. The chicken wings were really good too!

Garlic bread was forgotten. I called to let them know and they were very apologetic, immediately said they would deliver the garlic bread and it was at my door within 8min. The person who delivered it was also very friendly and apologised again.

I should have gone to the supermarket and bought a frozen pizza it would have been warmer and had more topping never buy from pizza hut again.

Their staff had masks around their necks working in the kitchen, the lady work at front so rude.

South lake shop went on two for one Tuesdays they charged me 7 dollars to much I questioned it they said they'd refund it to card but then they must cancelled it at the end cause it never went through. Deliberate over charging in my opinion.

The most disgusting service I have ever received, the delivery driver was rude but the manager was the worst, never ever have I received such disrespect and arrogance from a manager. Pizza hut as a company should be ashamed to have this person as a leader representing your company.

Disgusting service, no pizza delivered no communication and no apology from the rudest employee i have ever come across. Told me to call police rather than refund my undelivered order.
Wont be ordering from here again.

Staff and manager were very rude and unprofessional! I ordered a pizza and wrote an additional note to remove pineapple- when l went to pick up the pizza had pineapples and when l told the manager he told me to file a complaint and he could not do anything about it and it was not his fault that the website did not give me options for removal of items!

Rubbish pizza, shop is in terrible condition, the shops stinks, and you can visibly see the grease on the floor, I saw a lady eating a pizza in the back, not washing her hands, not putting on a new set of gloves and returning straight back into making another pizza for a customer, at least they're honest and open about how poorly and unhygienic they run their shop.

My partner ordered Pizza hut Olympic deal which is purchase a 4 can pack, 2 pizzas and bonus Olympic games cooler bag.
At first, she pretended not to know and did not provide the bag.
And finally, she gave me the bag. Bag was just under the counter next her.and she said 'It's cooler bag. Not an Olympic bag. I'm 100% sure she knew what I want. How many customers do you cheat without giving away freebies? The Counter lady never apologized and very Rude. Don't fool your customers.

Wayyy better than other fast food pizza places but long wait for small orders.got my order wrong once but made up for it with cash.there’s a girl who works there most saturdays that makes the pizzas the best.definitely gotta try the veggie sensation.

I order my pizza before I go but when I was in the shop I still waited for 30 mins I asked for money return they said they already give good deal 2 for 1 can't give me money return the deal is the company made it if u don't like it just don't do it then what's the point I order ahead and still wait other 30 mins！！！！！！and the staff didn't wear gloves ！！！

We ordered our pizzas and we were told it would take ten minutes. Instead we stayed for over half an hour; they did not even apologise for the delay. Terrible customer service.

The Owner its so nice and very helpful, love to get Pizaa from here better than Dominos next door

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. Way too much cheese which was so stuck together it pulled the toppings off when I tried to pick up a slice. Also the toppings felt rubbery and even SQUEAKED like rubber when chewed. I ate 3 slices and chucked the rest out. So gross

Just ordered Pizza for the whole office and SO GOOD. We normally get Dominoes but are a Pizza Hut Convert now!
Huge amount of toppings and flavour and great range for Veggie/Vegan options too. So good!

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Worst service ever for a complaint due to a wrong order given. Will not order here ever again.
