Pizza Hut Joondalup

Sorry but pizza tasted doughy, also tasted like a Coles purchased one and lacked flavour like a frozen pizza.
Dessert not cooked, coke was the best thing and packaging.
Paid nearly $50 bucks for it.

The pizza was barely warm, not cut properly and a drink that was ordered failed to be delivered. It shouldn't matter which delivery service was used, customers expect to receive what they ordered, and in the timeframe provided. Blaming Uber Eats, Menulog or any other ordering service is unsatisfactory, and I remain out of pocket by $6.50.

I think way too much oil is being used, because the bread is soggy and taste very oily, plus the pizza`s weren't cut properly.
I understand that it`s hard to make a good quality pizza at a very fast pace but still shouldn't be that bad.

The last time I got pizza from here it was amazing, I just got the same pizza from here and it's dry and gross.

Shocking quality pizza.everyone ageed it was worse pizza weve ever had. The BBQ chicken was like eating soggy bread covered in cheap BBQ sauce.what wasnt eaten was thrown away. The Vegi pizza was completely tasteless but eaten as everyone was hungry.
And they cost over $20 each. Ready to cook CheekyBoys Pizza from IGA are far far superior.

The care taken in making (and cutting) their pizzas has been drastically slipping over the last 6-12 months. Our last order was barely edible and tasted like old pizza that had been microwaved.
It used to be our go-to pizza place but there has been little to no improvement from feedback. We will be buying from here less frequently as a result.

New management doesn't give a toss about customers.

Every order since they took over has had an issue somehow.

Will be going elsewhere. Or another pizza hut even if not local, as long as not owned by the same franchisee as joondalup. Refuse to let him earn a crust at my expense

Pretty average pizza and didn't get the fresh tomato I ordered nor the extra serviettes I requested - in fact I got none.
I also gave specific instructions as to where it should be delivered because I was staying at an Airbnb, which were totally ignored.
Why DO they ask for instructions and extra requests?
I also paid extra because it was over the Xmas period; hope the delivery guy got extra.

Pizza Hut have $1 wings Wednesday and I thought I'd try some.
They were less than impressive, sickly in fact. I think what the problem was i bought them at a time of the day that was quiet, around 4.30. Why I say that is, I think they usually dilute the sauce somehow and they just couldn't be bothered.
I dont doubt thier pizzas, but thier wings, stear clear!

Sent 3x medium pizzas instead of 3x large. Called and after being passed around, guy refused to admit it was possible he made a mistake and kept saying: "Bro, I did it myself, their not medium". Complained to Pizza Hut but have not contacted me back.

*Mess up orders, bad customer service

We've beèn ordering pizza from Pizza Hut Wanneroo for quite some time. Because of special dietary requirements I always customise my pizza. They have never made a mistake on our pizzas, always delivering hot and on time.

The food is standard. Nothing 2 exciting. They need to re do the brand in Aus. Staff were helpful

Small 3$ pizza is too small for a meal, prefer the 5$ medium pizzas over Domino's the value range ones.
Ordered one online was ready by the time they mentioned, (about 15 minutes).
I would recommend here for value pizzas. (Haven't tried others)

Ordered food on line from there website, an hour later, still no food. Phoned there contact number only to find I was speaking to someone in the Phillipines who was rude and laughed at the problem.
After speaking to her supervisor, they claim that there was a computer error at there end when the order was placed, and said that my order had been canceled. They still took the money out my account but couldn’t refund me. After 2 hours of trying to get a refund they hung up on me.
I tried to contact the store again, this time speaking to the manager who told me, it’s not his problem and couldn’t give me a refund and that I should speak to the call centre.

The worse customer service I’ve ever had, and will never be using them again

I love Pizza. It is one of my favourite meals. However, Pizza Hut in Joondalup provided me with the worst tasting and most inedible pizza that I have ever tried to ingest. I ordered two pizza's from their standard menu (Meat Lovers & Supreme). Both were terrible and ended up in the bin!

The staff there are friendly and the pizzas they make are to die for. If you're lucky enough to make it between 12 and 5 you can catch their personal pan pizzas. Bonus stars for what you can save with the personal pans. I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch eat in or pick up.

Ordered 4 pizzas on Saturdaynight absolutely tasted terrible don't think I would continue supporting them it's under new management

Absolutely terrible food.we were on the toilet 15 minutes later. The staff were friendly though i must say.

Their pizzas are good and tasty most of the time, from the reviews it seems there is a time until delivery. I cannot comment, but these are difficult times at the moment unfortunately with businesses stretched to the limit. Consumers are also at the danger end of the downturn, but we all will make it through together if we try.

Ordered 1x Pull pork and 1x BBQ meat lovers and got 2 meat lovers with lots of BBQue sauce never saw the cheese
We will not be ordering from you guys again
