Pizza Hut Joondalup

The staff working on Saturday night very unhinging and disgusting. They should covered the beard with hair net.

I bought three pizzas. Very poor quality. The service was quick but pizza was cold and barely had any toppings. I have been going to pizza hut customer since many years. For last two years very bad experience with Wanneroo pizza hut and now Joondalup pizza hut. Very disappointed as I am not going back to them and don't recommend others to go.

These pizzas are a disgrace. Barely any sauce on the pizza, there was barely any cheese and that cheese was burnt to a crisp, theres enough oil on the pizza to massacre half of all marine life
Paper thin pepperoni one for each slice.

It would've been nice to see the pizza ingredients for their small personal pizza offers and the $3 pizzas. Probably the same but hard to tell.

Shouldn’t be advertised as wing street - misleading. If I wanted Pizza Hut, I’d just order Pizza Hut. Alfredo pasta was disgusting and the wings weren’t much better. Won’t be ordering again.

Stingy as! Don’t waste your time and money asking for extra toppings, you’ll seriously be asking yourself if they even bothered. Then be bitterly disappointed when you inquire the next time, only to be told it does have extra toppings. Seriously, if you can’t spare the ham then don’t charge me. Your stores idea of ‘extra’ is 3rd world.

The guy who took our order was very kind, patient, and friendly! Really appreciated! Amazing pizza! Very tasty! Only the place needs a little better look but the staff made the place the best!

Worst pizza I have ever had. It went in the bin. Hardly any topping it was mainly pizza base a bit of red sauce and hardly any cheese or toppings. Really disappointing

I placed an order online but had no record of it going through. So I called the store & asked to speak to the manager. No manager there. The 12yo who had answered the phone said "I don't think we can find it" & promptly hung up on me. You lost over $60. Very bad customer service.

The story of a man who wanted a Pizza:
Tried to phone through but got a machine that couldn't understand what store I wanted to speak to, so it put me on hold for ten minutes.

Decided to go into the store in person to order, after 5 minutes of being ignored at the counter a chap came to talk to me. Half way through our conversation he answered his phone using his Bluetooth headset and started talking to someone else (I didn't even know he wasn't talking to me any more), at which point he just walked off.

I was ignored for another few minutes by another person in the store, at which point I just left. It was too hard for a phone line and two staff members to serve the only customer in the store.

No pizza for me.

I had a similar experience in the past but a one off isn't fair to judge by, this however was the second time.

I would call the service terrible but there literally isn't any service.

They get one star because their web site loads and you can order that way (I assume).

Avoid.

Pizza was so so. Bit of a gamble wether or not it was good or not, 50% success rate.

However the latest order was the end for Pizza Hut Joondalup. Ordered online for delivery. Pizza was out of the oven and took 40 mins to deliver to the next suburb. Literally double the time to prepare and cook it. Once I realised the driver had it but was not moving, obviously waiting for another order to be completed, I rang the restaurant to see if I could pick it up. No one bothered to answer. To top it all off, the order, when delivered, was incomplete. Driver was going to return to the store, pick up what was missing and deliver it. Never to be seen again!

Manager/owner need a few lessons in customer service from Pizza Hut Australia. No point Pizza Hut Australia hiding behind the fact it is a franchise, and a community manager promising to leave feedback for the team. Apparently all the negative reviews here and feedback to the team are not assisting the team to get better.

Still out of pocket for the incomplete order, what would suggest I do Pizza Hut AU?

The Tuesday offer pizzas were not great at all this time
Vege Spicy thin crust crispy was not at all tasty.
No flavour, topping was average including the pizza sauce.
Was actually waste of money.

Used to be really nice and our go to pizza place every time, has this place changed management?

The last two times we've ordered including last night were disgusting and will find somewhere else now

A waste of $53

The dough and crust was dry like cardboard and they were almost cold on delivery

Stink last we ordered there and very disappointed once again.
Just ordered 2 pizzas. The medium size bbq looked like it had been dropped. It also had hardly any chicken on it.

Ordered pizza for dinner all 3 pizzas where cold and very thin and burnt to the point soon as u pick it up it full to peaces and had next to no sauce and toppings on them even got garlic bread and that was cold I wasted $43 dollars on burnt and dry food do ur self a favour and NEVER go to Joondalup pizza hut don't waste ur time or money wonder why they only have 3 stars worse pizza place I have ever been to doesn't even offer a refund or to make fresh pizza and garlic bread that isn't burnt or dry not to mention we didn't eat any of it I had to buy dinner else where

Calls doesn’t get through, always gets the order wrong,
The pizzas are sometimes good, sometimes bad.

I worked there for literally only 1 week before quitting, didn't pay correct rate. Under pay every single person and it is filthy inside. Don't recommend

I collected an order from the store a few days ago and when I got home I found one of the sides I ordered was not correct. I called the store and they delivered to the correct side within 15mins of calling. That's what you call customer service. Well done!

Was always my go to Pizza shop but it's become awful. They are so rude and get the order wrong every time.had to wait 2 and half hrs for our pizza and the only reason we ended up getting it was because I drove there and kicked off about it and yet I still paid delivery fees. The staff behind the counter were some of the worst I've come across throwing food around and their horrible attitudes towards customers. Please get a better manager that can actually sort these kids out.
