Pizza Hut Ellenbrook

The delivery service was great, and everything tasted delicious for a big order everything was right and still hot when arrived, the only con was they stopped making there ribs

Pizza bases and pizzas are terrible. Chips we mushy and cold. Usually go with the competitor and will not order from here again.

I placed an online order for delivery on 7th March at 6.30pm and was told 7.11pm deliver.the driver did not contact me until 7.49pm on his mobile as he couldn't find my house - I talked him through directions which he was on the phone with me which he ignored. I could see him turning around before me. Then he hung up on me as I phoned him back he drove straight past my son waving him down in the driveway. When I phoned him back he told me the Store Manager told him to not deliver my order and continue with the others as he had wasted enough time. I phoned the store and was told I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. This did not happen and I finally got hold of the Manager and was told 10 to 15 business days to get my refund. I didn't get my pizza or now my money back as yet!

Good food sometimes, Once ordered 3 pizzas took about 2 hours past the pick up time, said they did not have any tomato sauce and if they could use the other one which we said was fine, but after 30 minutes we came back and then he said they are getting tomato sauce and if we want to use that and we said no it doesn't matter so he was like ok. Waited about 10 minutes more no sign of us getting the food. Then we left after about 2 hours got a call saying our pizza's were ready and could be picked up. Did not go here after that.

Ordered 3 pizzas. Took 1.5 hours before they arrived. Hardly any toppings and one of the pizzas was the wrong one. Never ordering from here again and if anyone in my house suggests getting food from here I will kick them out and never talk to them again. An expired pizza from adi that has been cooled on a warm iron will taste better.

Good tasting pizza for a good price. If your order isn't as expected you can always count on pizza hut ellenbrook to sort it out cheers

Pizza was ok, but burnt sides, don't understand one thing that person on the front should check what goes out of the kitchen,

Worst pizza, just try on my friend choice, will not recommend to anyone pizza is not even hot, sorry but not satisfied

Absolutely Disappointing. Ordered on user and deliver without any bags. Arrived cold and seemed under cooked. COLD AND SOGGY, absolutely disgusting. When it arrived I immediately tried to call the store but they were close and would not answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS GROSS STORE. IF I OWNED THIS STORE I WOULD FIRE MY STAFF. GROSS, DISGUSTING FOOD. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Great service, good value and the gentleman even got the door for me as I was carrying my pizzas out. Good customer service!

Since under the new Management, Pizza Hut Ellenbrook has been amazing. Fast service and pizzas are always so delicious and fresh. Friendly service and helpful. Definitely recommend

I recently tried thin crust Hot & Spicy Chicken Pizza. It was really delicious and worth the price. Customer service was great too!

You could see the base straight away as there was not enough cheese on it. Way too much sauce. Doesn’t taste nice.

Placed an order for pickup at 9pm, 2 for tuesday (woot). Got to the store earlier than the estimated time but was ready in less than 15 minutes. Staff where friendly enough and the place was tidy.

The pizzas had an excellent amount of topping, while i am not a big pizza fan it left me satisfied that it was an above avergae quality pizza for the price and had flavour.

Air con works, when you put a big oven in the middle of a room it tends to get hot.

Ordered Pizza’s at 9 and had family waiting until 10: 30 and couldn’t call anyone as the store closes at 10: 00.
Ended up going to Midland for pizzas

Not too happy ordered a pizza here it was lacking meat, lacked a bit of seasoning, to much chunky undercooked onion. I ordered a “Smokey Bacon and Chicken pizza with a cheese crust” it was a bit expensive to how my pizza looked and tasted. Two slices had all the toppings completely wiped off.the cheese crust was spot on though. The customer service was good enough. Would I eat here again? Maybe or I might be looking what else is available close by.

We ordered pizza New Year’s Eve. It was delivered cold and late. Put in a complaint to the store who acted promptly with an apology and was offered my same meal for free thank you to the team & the Manager at Pizza Hutt Ellenbrook Happy New Year guys

Worst experience ever! Waited for about an hour for delivery, and had to call the shop to get food replaced as it was charcoal burnt. Highly recommend to avoid this place like the plague and save your money.

Changing the name of the business doesn't mean/make it better

Can't understand negative comments. Aircon is opposite. Very cold. Always have thick crust super supreme. Very tasty every time.

Worst puzza ever. The vegie pizza tastes like old socks. They can't do thin crust. Will go elsewhere next time
