Pizza Hut Ellenbrook

Ordered a large super supreme and this is what we got. Barely any toppings and totally burnt. Inedible and when we called was told they could not help and to call head office. Never going there again

Customer service is always fantastic. Today my boys hands were full, they opened the door for him.
The food is ALWAYS ON POINT.
Best Pizza Hut ever. I live 35 min away and the closest one to me is 1000% no where near Ellenbrook quality.

Why would you accept an order for pizza at 9pm and deliver 20 minutes after you close. I live 6 minutes from the store. The food is cold and the drink is hot. I’ll be there for my refund in the morning. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Worst service possible.
Not only was the order wrong based on a platform issue but other products we're missing.
Called and spoke with the manager which has obvious 0 knowledge in customer service and all he could provide as a solution is log a complaint online.
No refund for the missing products, no refund for the wrong products and not even an apology.
Additional fact: pizza hut has a 30 minute delivery policy which they also completely did 0 honor of.

Very very disappointing pizza. I tried the garlic prawn, meatlovers, and got garlic bread, a bottle of Fanta, Basically it was a deal for $35. The garlic prawn pizza was made up of little shrimp, why say garlic prawn? It should be shrimp pizza, hardly any shrimp for that cost, give us 10 reasonable sized prawns instead of those tiny shrimp. I didn't anything nice to say about the meatlovers that too had some salami and bacon, is that what you call meatlovers? Pizza Hut. Sad Sad. Get your act together.

You close at 10 and not accepting orders on the app or phone call at 9.20? Trash just change your hours then

Veggie sensation pizza was worse this time without any veggies and topping on it only served thick base with tomato sauce

Had veggie sensation Pizza with stuff crust base good taste with good topping really enjoyed.

Ordered $80 worth of food and pizzas came cold. Garlic bread, spud bites and jalapeño poppers weren’t cooked properly so we had to put them in the air fryer. The vegan Mediterranean pizza had olives tossed on two slices of pizza and not placed over the entire pizza

Absolutely disgusted, paid $18 for what you see in the photo, my partner's schnizza was the same, useless staff wouldn't even answer the phone, won't be going back

Absolutely delicious tasty fluffy dough. This pizza hut store, by far, makes the best pizzas in the area. I always order their pan base - Veggie Sensation along with chips (which are slightly browned, just the way I like them) and Hershey' cookie, and I've never been disappointed. There is always ample toppings and the staff doesn't go stingy with the cheese. Please pass my compliments to Anki particularly in their staff, who is always happy to help and takes good care of customers.

I am very much happy about the customer service they provide. I ordered veggie pizza with no olives in it but unfortunately they didn't notice and I when I went home found olives and called them, they told they will give me a replacement or free pizza on next ordered. They did honour their promise and I saw they even had my receipt on their wall hanging.

Today when I ordered a Twosdays pizza I got only 1 in the invoice, which is understood that was the issue with the website and not on the store, so when I went to pick up I told them it was showing only 1 in the invoice. In this case they told me to call the shop and tell them the issue and they can do it as per the ad on website. They took 5 minutes and made a 2nd one quick. Also the pizza was yummy kids love them very much.
Much appreciated good customer service, good communication and so polite.

I ordered the wing from here on Friday night and what a mistake that was. Wings were horrible and the cheesy potatoes were well undercooked. Myself and my partner both have since gotten upset stomach’s.

Ordered online asked before paying if there is any specials they say not really 3 standard pizzas and 1 side cost $55 and they have a deal today for 3 pizzas 3 sides and a drink for $34. Communication definetly isnt their strong point rang up to the question it and the lady working tonight friday 26/11/21 hang up on my wife

A very disappointing pizza totally overcooked base had big bubbles I don't think I can go there again I would not recommend this place

Three pizzas all tasted the same worst I've ever eaten all chucked in the bin, friggin horrible.

Very disappointing with tonight's delivery. Ordered three pizzas and sides which did not show up for a hour and a half after the delivery time. When they delivered the pizza's they got the order for the vegan pizza wrong.
Food quality was fine but the order and delivery issues were really screwed up.

Waited over 1hr for delivery and even after waiting more than 1hr was advised that the order would take another 25-30 minutes to process after ringing store to chase it up.
