Pizza Hut Belmont WA

Ordered on the app, waited an hour it was still showing as being prepared. Called the number and got through to someone who said they would contact the store to see where the order was and that the store would call us with an update. We tried to cancel the order but only the store could do that so we waited for them to call us as the lady said they would. Another hour goes by NO CALL. Hear something at the door they have left the pizzas outside without even letting us know they were coming. Tried the number again to complain and it hung up on us three times. Don’t bother ordering here because incase something happens your just stuck having to pay for pizza that may not arrive or may not be what you want because you can’t ever reach the store number!

Worst customer service ever. There was only one girl working here who had no interest in serving the customers.

Kindly asked the pizza joint to make our pizzas’ heart shaped and nope plain Jane circular pizza was given on the day where heart pizzas make the most sense. February 14th! The large chips were also extremely soggy! Oh and the order was placed at 1 to deliver at 6, which would have gave them plenty of time to prepare for the heart shape pizza. Tried to call and continually got hung up on. I would suggest a different pizza place!

Poor customer service, please do not take orders if you are busy on WhatsApp.

Food is always tasty

Pizza Hut was the very first place I took my parents out to dinner with my first "real" paycheck. 50+ years ago!
I'm pleased to announce that, although the times have certainly changed, their pizzas are just as delicious today as they were back then.
Styles have changed, new tastes have been added to the menu, but the service and quality are every bit as good as I remember from my youth. (even if the nostalgia of the bustling restaurant has been replaced with a shop front outlet.)

Thought Id get a Deal but they wanted Extra $2.00 for a Sunday Service, I couldnt even Understand them.

Good pizza, terrible delivery
Leaving our pizzas out without ringing the door bell or bothering to call my phone to let us know they’ve left it out side. I have been ordering from different restaurants many times and never had such a bad experience. They always ring the door bell or in rare occasions (if they’re not able to locate the house) they’d call me. Seriously I don’t understand what’s going on in your derive’s head? ! He left the pizzas out and not surprisingly they were filled with ants after letting them outside the gate on the pavement for half an hour. So disappointed.

Ordered extra prawns.
All they do is cook a pizza with normal quantity then when it comes out of the oven.they throw about 4 cold extra prawns on top of the pizza! Instead of adding them in before its baked! Won't be using pizza hut again, plenty of other pizza suppliers to choose from now.

Always look forward to eating garlic bread and once I went to open it, I was left disappointed. It wasn't even cooked. Looked mouldy on the outside and put me off from ever ordering here again.

Got some pizza’s on Wednesday night. Food was good & well presented.

Come here just for their cheesy halopino balls. Not too spicy and sooo good. Perfect for a snack or a side to the pizza.

It use to be decent quality joint. Ordered a large Americano pan. I literally got a pizza with 1 piece of pepperoni per slice,

Struggled to find any mushrooms toppings. Finding Wally is easy than finding the fungi. Ya might as well order a cheese pizza.

Yes we waited for an hour of delivery. Pizza hut belmont is only 3min to our place in keane st. Kewdale. Not even worth it to have 1 star. It should be zero star. We kept calling the store but they will only hang up on us. We order at 7pm and was expecting at 7: 30pm as per email advise from pizza hut but when we checked the track my order, they were still cooking the pizza at 7: 30pm. The people who also work their were rude of hanging up the phone and they lied saying that we were already talking to the manager. We kept calling at 7: 45 where was the driver and lied again that it will arrive after 3minutes but ended up arriving at 8pm. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible greasy pizzas, the garlic bread was covered in mould, when brought back to store we went through heaps of other rolls only to find they all too had green mould on them.

Never again. First order. Done with the App for delivery. ETA 30 mins. After 50mins it shows delivered but it’s not. No food. Store does not pick up the phone. Terrible service and app. Not worth any money.

They charge extra $2 for Sunday but they don't know why and what is for need more training
Attitude is below zero the girl who said she is the manager there.she was not. Lying is no good.

I came in last week pre ordered and got there. Meal had not been started yet and I had to wait for the guy to finish sweeping before he prepared my order.

Was also funny the 2nd guy was wearing socks and slippers which is odd to to see I'm fast food.

Pizza was good with heaps of toppings.
The boneless wings were not good at all

Pizzas were hot m yummy! Better n cheesier than dominoes but wish they put more chilli flakes on them when I requested it

The only pizza hut store in Perth I always buy pizza. Very clean store and staff will always greet you with a smile.love their buy one take one every tuesday.

Great Pizzas, great place for family dining, polite and pleasant staff. We have been eating Pizzas here for over 5 years. My son celebrated his tenth birthday and still remembers the fun experience he and his friends had.
