Pizza Hut Belmont WA

Genuinely the most craziest pizza hut ever. The guy said they don't sell medium pizzas but yet ive seen them being made, no one was speaking English at all. The staff and his family were there like wild animals in the shop, with staff eating like dogs and then the mum slapped her daughter for being naughty. Crazy

I’m a regular and have always gotten great service here. Food is always great, the Super Supreme, goes hard.

The pizzas were perfect and had the right amount of cheese and toppings on. Pizza was fresh straight out the oven and super, SUPER fast delivery. Well done guys!

Very hard to get through phone to the store. I asked how can I cancel my order? I want to order delivery instead of Pickup. The reply was “you can’t cancel order and give me your account number I’ll refund half”. The way of talking was bit rude as well. Not ordering again.

I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut Belmont store because it’s near to my home location 3rd time disappointed I ordered BBQ pizza and they put different sauce I think still pizza sauce I selected BBQ sauce but still pizza sauce in pizza and look like small pizza, no toppings, very few quantity of topping really disappointed: (never order again from Pizza Hut this store in my life as well as not recommended to any one, don’t waste your time for & money for order from this Pizza Hut store Belmont form.

The food I ordered from here was absolutely atrocious. This store should be shut down. Everything is cold. The chips have no salt on them and I had to re-heat everything. The wings are the worst part. COLD. I'm absolutely discussed and never going back to pizza hut ever again. Dominos is the only place I'll go for decent wings and pizzas.

Getting the best pizza ever and the store staff was very friendly. Got stuck while doing an online order and the staff helped finding a good deal will be ordering from the pizzahut. Staff was well uniformed I’m a regular customer of this store but this time the store was changed and the staff was quite nice

I order customized pizzas but the toppings weren’t added as requested. Toppings which were requested to be taken off were fine. But overall toppings was not at all enoygh. I could only taste tomoto sauce and bread.

Ordered an hour earlier for a pick at 7.30, got into the store and thats when they started making the order.

Pizza has arrive wrong several times. Last time literally nothing on it. They are always out of everything and put something else in place of it that you didn't want.
This is the 3rd time our order was nearly 2 hours late and online says it was delivered an hour ago. BUT NO IT HAS NOT BEEN! You ring Pizza hut they keep transferring call to the store they NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONES. THIS WILL BE OUR LAST TIME. They continue to do deliver on time or in a reasonable time, then wrong Pizza plus never even answer the phone or bother to call customers if there's a delay or problem.
Do not order from here.

They often run out of items and instead of calling you to ask what you want it replaced with, they just give you something else. I don't want those items. They also miss instructions or extra toppings, undercook everything, never answer their phone, and don't listen to customer feedback.
Overall, average pizza and terrible customer service

The complaint I made to head office didn't get anywhere, I didnt receive any correspondence and the store is still giving you incorrect items without calling you to ask if the change of items is okay. Still can't get through to the store number either.

Paid $15 for a bbq meat lovers pizza, arrived home pizza was cold and it was overpowered with bbq sauce and very little meat and woke up with really bad food poisoning from it

They are incompetent, and forgot one of our orders, and we had to wait extra time after already having waited for what we thought was the complete order. Silly woman running around bossing the staff, but not getting the efficient job done, ie Tuesday, 6th Dec 2022.
No apology given.

Too late in preparing pick up order. I came all the way from riverton to pick and yet the order was not yet ready. The pizzas were put after 15 mins I reached. Pathetic service.

Abolutle circus of a store. Tracker does not work (on any browser) and won't answer phone. Is now 45+ mins past due delivery time.

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Anaemic. Sweaty. Felt microwaved. Gross taste. Gross smell. Didn’t even bother tossing in the sauce.

May be spoiled by overseas pizza hut franchizes, but this was bad. Bad quality pizzas, ingedients didnt look fresh ad the vegetarian pizza was just not edible.

Ordered 2 pizzas with additional toppings, recieved none of the extra toppings altho I was charged for them.

Do not even bother wait time was an hour and even then the pizza was under cooked and the garlic bread was over cooked!

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Food arrives after 35 minutes of waiting, it’s cold and soggy. The drink was warm. ‘Manager’ is extremely rude and unhelpful wants photos to prove that the food is cold and hung up on me.
Almost $60 in an order and I have to drive back to the store for a ‘remake. ’ Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
