Pinchos Bar De Tapas

Had the pleasure of dining at Pinchos for the first time on Monday (March 4,2019). What a gem this place is. It was very busy and although we didn't book, we only had to wait a short while before being seated. The quality of service was immediately apparent and we were waited on by friendly staff who took our drinks order within minutes and our main order within an appropriate time. We had a variety of treats from the respectable menu and were not disappointed at all. We ordered five plates in total (between three of us) and even though they were fairly generous, we did not leave a morsel. The pork belly was the best I've had in a long while, the black sausage was outstanding and we were unanimous with our 'two thumbs up' for the Frutos Secolos salad. We will be back!

Service and food was as good as the best in Perth. The Calamari and Chorizo was phenomenal, we will be back.

The manager of this restaurant is very not human. Advice for her: try to understand people and show empathy.

My new favorite restaurant. A quick bite or something more leisurely. Tightly packed in tables, not much arm room - who cares! Brilliant wine, excellent food and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We ordered 5 dishes between two (too much!) a couple of drinks $109 well worth every penny! But we did over order. In and out in 45 minutes as were catching a movie. The portions are very generous for Tapas - the quality is fantastic. Justin has excelled himself. The Fish Ceviche is out of this world recommend recommend recommend. Next time I think I'll just keep ordering that til I'm done! So many really good and interesting dishes. Intend to get back here again this weekend. Want to try more of that menu and of course the fish ceviche.

Valentine's Day Lunch. The food was amazing, so many different and complex flavours. Every mouthful was a delight. The staff were also amazing. We came from south of the river and will make the trip again.
