I have been here twice now and my experience has been amazing. I originally was quite nervous as I had only really had the one hairdresser for most of my life before this. I was also a little embarrassed because I colour my own hair and I usually only get it cut when it is at its most washed out ugly state. Georgie was totally professional, I went in for just a cut and wash. She gave me a refreshing cut that made me feel good about my hair again and never once made me feel judged for the state of my hair. I always leave with my hair feeling silky smooth, she doesn't push products on me and made me feel really respected as a customer and excited to return for my next appointment. She remembered my preference even after the long period between sessions. The additional services they offer such as the neck massage and essential oils give me a time to myself to look forward to. It is a real treat after a long week of work. I've never really considered having my hair coloured by a professional, but I'm now growing out my hair just so I can do this, as the quality of this salon is just incredible and I know they will do a high quality job worth paying for. Their prices are very reasonable and I feel confident in saying I will be returning to this salon for years to come!

Pierrot's is one of my Mum's favourite indulgences. It has been several years since I have had a salon experience and Mum was happy to change that situation. Bless her cotton socks. I got a really great haircut from Suzanne, I found her to be relaxed and professional. I adore the products, theyre/we're/I'm surely worth it! I thought I was. Until she told me how much it cost! Wowsers! I have long hair, no complaints, but it set her back more than $300! I don't know if I'm worthy, that is not what I expected to hear. It seems a tad excessive.

I have used the services of Julie and her staff for over 25years. I now travel over an hour each way to the Mt Lawley studio. No matter who does my color I know that Julie will have trained and supervised them to be the best they can be, all of the girls (sorry and guys) are friendly fun and so caring. Julie has a knack of knowing what my babble means and always comes up with what I want, I leave feeling a million dollars. I would recommend the salon to anyone looking for good old fashioned care and service, well done to the team keep it up hugs Carol

Stephen and Gemma are expertly skilled artisans of hair. Their communication in the styling process and understanding of how to cut thick and wavy/ curly hair shows their experience and knowledge of hair cutting technique. As colourists they are both excellent. Topping it off with being an Aveda salon is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Pierrott’s Mt Lawley. Bravo Stephen and Gemma.

I had half a head of foils to blend my brown ends into my silver roots with both highlights and lowlights. Will need a second session to make tone more ashy. Was treated to a beautiful head massage.

Today I had a blow dry and curls done at Pierrots salon and OH MY GOODNESS, never have I ever had such a relaxing and wonderful experience getting my hair done at any salon!
they offered a complementary shoulder massage + the head message, amazing hydrating and moisturising products put through my hair + the hair protection product before curling my hair.
The person doing my hair was so professional and supper talented!
I waked out of the salon feeling absolutely amazing and even tho I live all the way in Ellenbrook these guy have definitely got me hooked now! ️

My first impression in Pierrots Hair Studio - that was the love from the first sight.and U feel - this is it. I had wonderful hairdresser Mikayla, done my hair absolutely beautiful, never been so happy with them! Place looks very nice, the staff is amazing, friendly, experienced and very professional, U feel like U and your hair are pampered and cuddled in all ways. Love it. I found my favourite hairdressair! I rarely go to hair salons (I’ve had some negative experiences in the past elsewhere) but decided I needed to cut my ridiculously long hair this week and I’m so glad I chose this salon. The staff are friendly and professional, they use mostly vegan products and the price is very reasonable for the high standard of service and results. Steven did an amazing job with my hair (my hair is really difficult to manage). He was attentive and truly cared about my comfortability and satisfaction.
I will definitely be returning and all anxiety I have around going to a salon has dissipated following my lovely experience here.
I even received a cute new-client pack with Aveda samples.
I feel really looked after and pampered after my experience.

The staff here are magical. They are all very generous with their time and experience. The skills are off the charts. Love the place.

Extremely disappointed. I paid $360 and my hair was dyed the wrong colour. It was a nice colour, just not the one I asked for!
When I complained the staff said I was being unreasonable. It took two more visits (5 hours combined), crying on the phone to the salon, and arguments with the stylist and the manager before my hair was fixed. What a waste of time. On top of that, the hairdresser had to bleach out the (much too dark) toner and my hair was unnecessarily damaged in the process.

If your staff tried everything then they need to be retrained. As an ex hairdresser I know how simple it is to add blonde highlights to naturally blonde hair. For some reason the highlights were not placed from the root, giving the effect the highlights had already grown out, which I had stated I did not want. On top of this, the wrong colour was chosen for the toner (a level 8 which is half a shade lighter than my natural hair colour), making my hair darker. This was an especially bad idea because my hair was already bleached and as such would grab colour more, making it appear darker. And an ash tone was selected, which again makes the colour appear darker. These factors should be taken into account by any professional.
You did not welcome me back for any complimentary colour, that is completely untrue. I had to argue with multiple people before my hair was redone. There was nothing welcoming about that process.

Lush and pampered experience with great stylists. Solid attention to detail and endless cups of tea, not to mention a lovely neck massage before I even started.

On a rainy cold Saturday afternoon I walked into Pierotts in Mt Lawley and met Julie. Julie just knew what I needed & she took it from there. So experienced, professional and discreet, made me feel immediately comfortable. Bridget did my colour and the care & attention she put in was noticeable. There is a wonderful “feel” to this place and it begins with Julie. Thank you all I felt 10 years younger when I left.

From arrival you are treated so professionally by the staff and their products and different treatment options are amazing. My colour has lasted the longest it ever has. Added bonus is the location! So much parking and a you can do your food shopping right after from next door haha! Couldn’t be happier
