After 1,5 years of living in Perth I finally found a hair salon I am looking forward to go back to. Georgie truly listened and didn’t cut my hair too short. I have been trying to grow my hair for a while and in most salons they cut off way too much. The whole salon experience was great and my hair looked perfect for days. Just called in on a whim because I had time on my hands. They took me in pretty much straight away and I have to say the service was wonderful, staff friendly and professional and I love Aveda product. They did a great job with my hair too. I’ll be back!

Ten star service! The service was perfect and there was so much attention ti detail in many aspects from the salon newsletter, relaxing head massage with a choice of oils to the take home samples. I felt like it was a combination of a day spa & hair salon. It was a lovely experience & I highly recommend.

The haircut looks good, can recommend Abby and Sheri. Matt did an amazing job for my partner’s long curly hair as well. However, I don’t think it’s worth the price to get a simple haircut here. The same service cost me $80 in a different salon (including massage), but here they wanted $166 for it. The final price also came as a surprise at the end, higher than the booking price and higher than the same job with them previously.

Great salon. The pre treatment massage is lovely. Aveda products and friendly, professional staff. I've also had my brows done here and they do a great job.

I have been going to Pierrots for years. I always feel so much better after my hair is done at Pierrots. I've tried other hairdressers but Julie knows how to cut my difficult hair. The colour is always spot on. I love the Aveda products, which are ethically sourced. I highly recommend Pierotts.

I have been visiting Pierrot’s hair studio for over 6 years. It is a wonderful hair studio and the owner has been in the business for a very long time so she really know me her stuff. It’s not always easy colouring blonde hair and I have found the expertise of their senior stylists, superior to other salons I have visited. Staff are professional and their service is always attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend this hair studio!

I’ve been going to Pierrots on and off for almost a decade (the off being living out of state/country) and have never been disappointed with the service I’ve received. The people are beautiful and kind, incredible at what they do.

Very professional staff with a friendly and welcoming environment. The salon itself is very relaxing and set up well. Although it was a super busy day, the appointment ran smoothly and my hair stylist (Suzanne) spent the time to really understand my desired finish. I've been coming to Pierrot's for years, first in Kalamunda and now in Mount Lawley. I have never been disappointed! The team takes impeccable care of you and your hair. Matt has been cutting, styling and dyeing my short blue hair for years and I get compliments from strangers all the time. He's the best of the best!

I would not recommend for event styling.

Took a chance on this salon to have my hair styled for an event. I requested for a textured ponytail - a style I’ve had done many times before at Aveda salons in Subi and Freo.

I can’t fault the service in that the staff were friendly and definitely do look after you with a welcome drink and relaxing massage. However the skill set that I was hoping for was not there.

My stylist ensured me that she could achieve a textured pony look after I showed a photo of what I wanted. This look would normally take 45 mins with my hair however I sat in the chair for 1hr15mins and I could tell that my stylist was getting flustered towards the end saying that it normally doesn’t take her this long.

She continued to tell me that my hair was too long and heavy to achieve the same look in the photo, however I knew it was possible as I’ve had this style done before and with extensions added in. Towards the end I was telling my stylist what to do as I wanted my fringe to be swept, she used a hot tool to try and achieve the look and when she noticed it wasn’t working she said it was because my fringe was too long. I had my fringe cut the week prior to achieve this swept look so I knew it was again possible to do. I had suggested to her if she could please blow out my fringe with a hair dryer and barrel and this had worked.

I wish the stylist had told me that she was not confident in creating this style and it would have saved us both the frustration. Such a shame as she was very lovely however lacked the skill set that I was expecting for an Aveda salon.

I have been a guest of Pierrots over several years now. I have had Matt, Suzanne, Sheri and Abbie look after my hair styling needs and highly recommend them all. The colours and products applied to my hair both in salon and for use at home are high quality & nourishing to the health of my hair. Thank you to the Pierrots team for looking after me and it’s their service, expertise & mindful approach that makes the experience so satisfying and why I will keep coming back.

Georgie is Amazing! She has such a beautiful relaxed energy and you always know she will do such a great colour, cut and blow dry!
