Do any of these staff know how to pour a beer? At least 2 staff poured pints holding the top of the glassware, disgusting

This is the only picture I have of the mushroom burger because it was that good. A lovely lady with dark short curly hair served me with excellent service and even an aoli with no fuss or paying extra nonsense.

This place has an odd history with the city however putting aside the past it is easy to see why today the bar is wildly popular.

Its become our place for casual catch-ups due to our usual place not being safe. See my previous reviews for more info.

Its nice, unassuming and reasonably casual.

Nice pub, usually busy at the weekends, ginger beer on tap, massive beer garden, dogs and smoking allowed.

Lovely outside area with lots of shade under a big tree, and awesome staff. Excellent beer offering with specials. I had cauliflower barley currant pine nut delight and he had a good old steak sandwich. Very nice place to come after the WA museum. We like Perth.

Good beer. Passed the difficult Club Sandeich quality test, even without egg in evidence. The food was reasonably priced too.

One of the most ripper joints in NB. Fark tonnes of space. Easy to get a drink when it's slammed and the staff are champions.

Food was a bit small in sizing vs the price but flavours were good. The salt and pepper squid was a little rubbery and disappointing. The cocktail tailored for me by a female staff member was awesome! She really listened to what I wanted and created something delicious. The sour beer on tap was very average. It was packed but good, calm vibes.

Some of the best selection of tap beers you'll find in Perth. Superb location and fair prices make this a top spot to have a couple drinks out in the city.

Lots of seating and great ambience, but still gets packed out every weekend.

I am giving 3 starts based on one of the bar staff, name Alex,
I have been invited to a birthday party and I come across a girl which had poor customer service and people skill name Alex
. If the owner want more patterns management should work on people skills and customer service more, she actually makes me to not try this bar anymore. I try to speaks to in-charge

Had a delightful steak sandwich. The wines we had were top quality.
It was a very pleasant establishment to have a pre game lunch.
Staff were great and could talk with knowledge about the wine list

You're an introvert and your friends forced you to go into the city with them. Great, go here and sit outside in the corner. You're welcome.

Wonderful bar inside a great heritage building at a fantastic location with an excellent rotating beer selection. Perfect for afterwork or when waiting for the next train home.

Come here for the cheese on the Ploughman's lunch and stay for the amazing range of tap beers.
The framed pictures inside are worth a look.
Friendly staff and a nice mix of humans coming and going.

Great garden spots and easy to get to from parking and nearby stations. Came for a pub crawl but stuck around for a few pints and they have a great range of tap beers as well.

Love it, great range of beers and although the food menu seems simple everything we ordered was sensational. Highly recommended.

A great place to have a few drinks with friends. Beautiful venue, very helpful staff and just a good, happy feeling about the evening.
