Old arts centre converted into a bar. It has a large outdoor seating area and limited indoor seating.

They have a large selection of seasonal beer, wine and spirits. The menu has options for small snacks or meals if you are looking for something more substantial.

They were able to accommodate our large group booking on a busy weeknight with plenty of seating and shade.

$5 scooners of coopers pale on tuesdays! Can’t beat that + good atmosphere + good staff + quick service = winning

Every time I come to picabar Chris has served me and all I can say is I’m impressed and he is so professional. I love coming back everyone to see him:).

Food is very overpriced and leaves much to be desired but that didn't surprise me. Also, why is there such dark lighting in the bathroom? I couldn't see much abd could only see my shadow in the mirror so couldn't check if I had food in my teeth or anything while freshening up. So weird.why is it so dark in the toilets?

So glad we came here. There were 15 of us and I called at 1200 for a 1345 booking and they were so helpful. Good staff and food was good. Could have done with a bit more choice but what they do, they do well.

It's a lovely place to sit in the winter sunshine, drink beer and have a bite to eat and watch the world go by. Watch out for rogue pigeons

Favourite hangout spot in Perth. All are welcome, the drinks are reasonably priced (soda water free!) and the fried chicken burger is amazing.

Highly recommend the kangaroo schnitzel. Didn't think such a thing was possible but skillfully done.

Stopped for lunch and a refreshing beverage after a visit to the WA Museum, service was great, kitchen was a bit out of step with order arriving separately and some time after first but service was on it. Ta. Steak sandwich was very good, gotta get a spot in the shade and the pigeons were somewhat painful. But a top spot to watch the world go by.

Stopped a number of times for tea/coffee here in the city. Convenient location near public transport, art galleries and museums. Excellent recent upgrade to bar space and highly recommended. Great work Picabar

Beautiful outdoor area under big shady trees, but cater to smokers in that area, which makes it unpleasant for the majority of us who do not.

So bad service, I wish I could put 0 stars. I don’t drink alcohol so I asked for some fries and they have not sent me bc I forgot my passport. I though that potatoes didn’t have alcohol. NEW PRODUCT

Never disappoints! I've been away for a few years and came back and it's the same old Picabar. A great spot for a beer in the sun, a bite to eat and always a good feeling. I highly recommend it.

Fun atmosphere and they had cheap drinks when we were there on a Tuesday. Friendly staff as well!

Be careful if you open a tab in Picabar bar and go over the receipt before you pay.

The staff there over charged me couple of drinks on the night out with friends at 6: 15PM 1-Sep-2022. It was great night, but overcharging was sucks. I am not going back indeed.

Really laid back and casual bar in a beer garden setting. One of the few places that u can enjoy a good conversation and people watch.

Good outdoor seating, excellent service especially Jacob he knows well in whiskey types and recommended the good one for me and my mate.

A situation occurred that wasn’t explained, we were then asked to leave and while dong so was antagonised by bar staff saying rude comments to us even while complying with instructions. Won’t be returning to this venue highly recommend avoiding it.
