GOSIA the one of the females who says she is a pharmacist is extremely rude, condescending, I have witnessed her pass racist remarks about an elderly aboriginal customer soon after she walked out if the store, when a few customers challenged her she lost it and sort to justify her racism.
I have witnessed her have unprofessional personal conversations whilst sitting at the back on a stool explicitly to her colleagues whilst they serve customers.
For the owners of the business, this is not good for my our business, and looking at your reviews I am certain Gosias' behaviour is directly reflective of your sub standard reviews.

Appalling attitude demonstrated by staff – rude, patronising, condescending. Equally as bad, their prices are extortionate.

Never going to a Pharmacy 777 again. Was denied critical medication by their egotistical pharmacists – who seem to get off on playing god by refusing to dispense medication EVEN WHEN THE DOCTOR HAS EXPLICITLY DIRECTED THEM TO DO SO. They tout themselves as a pharmacy that makes 'mental health a priority'. What a joke. Their reprehensible behaviour triggered symptoms of my PTSD. I was subjected to an appalling attack on my personal honesty and integrity – as if I was a suspect in a police interrogation. I don't take kindly to slurs upon my character and/or value judgements been made about me. I did fill out their online feedback form but no one ever bothered to get back to me (no surprises there).

Update: the owner contacted me with a faux apology and basically lied about what happened. I stand by what I have written here and will be having no further communication with Pharmacy 777.

Went today to buy a knee brace. Sam the pharmacist is a true gentleman and was really helpful to find me the right one. Everytime I go there, I receive extraordinary customer service!

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. They give fantastic advice every time. Even when it's busy, I always get seen to by a pharmacist, and they are soo knowledgeable, compassionate and really go out of their way to help you.

Som and her team ALWAYS utter professionals. The best pharmacy I've been to in WA, and such fantastic opening hours.

Recently renovated so now much bigger and better. Though I really missed my Bankwest ATM. The team are very friendly and always helpful.

Great service and informative staff but came in simply asking for a medical certificate but felt pressured by the pharmacists to buy companion products. The $35 product was straightaway added to the medical certificate even when I didn’t even ask for medication.

Loved the service, just wish I didn’t have to feel pressured to buy other things.

I hate going there and most likely won’t go again, everytime I have a symptom or problem with my child.they expect me to buy the whole store but I just want to buy one product for the symptom, nothing else nothing less.plus it’s really overpriced getting anything there, better off chemist warehouse.

I got told to wean down my anti depressant and take a pro biotic instead, she was pushy and over the top, dangerous and ill informed, to be honest, I would avoid at all cost.

They are friendly, but the annoying part is they push you to buy stuffs! And they follow up next time when you go there (like asking you, did you consider about the product I recommend last time!?)! I decided not to go there anymore!

The female staff member thought it was funny that the infrared thermometer was faulty and giving me a reading of 38 degrees on my newborn making me panic and stress racing him to the doctors.
Not impressed at all!

Excellent friendly staff full of product information and so hopeful in organizing my many prescriptions. Nothing was too much trouble.

Selling codine tablets to my gf 4 times a week after I asked them nicely not to. I will have to pay another visit and kick up a stink maybe?

I found Som and Gulya to be very friendly and helpful. Their cheerful disposition was most refreshing. I also found Som to be particularly knowledgeable.
