Pharmacy 777 Nollamara

My children have enjoyed multiple visits to Natalie’s art therapy sessions - they are always so excited to go and come away from the sessions renewed, relaxed and rejuvenated with increased confidence in themselves.
We have been so lucky to find Natalie, we have recommended her sessions to many other family and friends who also rave about the amazing opportunity her activities provide.
We can’t wait to hear about her next sessions!

Was accused of stealing when i left the store, which i can understand why they are cautious in Nollamara, but as i didnt steal anything an apology for the accusation would have been nice, not just the awkward “ok”, “there are cameras”, “and you should have asked” i got with the untrusting look they came along with it. Even after i stopped my car and explained and offered to get out and prove i didnt take anything.
This would have been solved by a greeting by any of the 3 people who weren't serving the single customer in the store.
Was left pretty offended.

Triple pricing, scamming behaviour. Go to pharmacy 777 in Scarborough or Whitfords who charge correct prices.

This pharmacy appears to be owned and run by international owners who engage in price gauging.

They have a strategy that they first up sell you more than 1 item that your looking for and then don’t tell the price and then say tap card.

Then the lady quickly moves to next customer at another counter before you have chance to ask about price, while the man comes over fast asking if you want a bag in a hurried manner. I asked for a receipt and the item prices are not listed on the receipt. Instead they give a total figure only which I have never ever seen on any receipt. All receipts should list each item and how much they were.

Paid 44 dollars for a tablet and a tiny cream. Immediately knew I was ripped off when walked out so checked online to see the cream is 6 dollars on every single website and the tablet was 10. So what would have been 16 dollars everywhere else was charged at 43 dollars. It was just so obvious too. The lady swiftly walks off and a man takes over. All I can say is businesses who treat customers in authentic way will always win. Those with extreme pricing and dodgy tactics will never win in the end.

We had just walked out 2 mins before closing time with a line of 5 others so didn’t bother to go back and ask for refund - how could we if we were in need of items at night them anyways?

I should have known before travelling to Nollamara. Nollamara is a known dodgy area in Perth, shocked by the dodgy behaviour… felt like I just traveled to a third world country and was scammed.

This place needs an independent undercover auditor/inspector go and visit premises late at night to witness the price gauging.

The team at Nolla 777 are always so lovely, friendly and prompt with their service. A very busy pharmacy for good reason:) appreciate you guys!

Wonderful pharmacy! Always go there or give them a call for their great advice. A bit more expensive than chemist warehouse but worth it when we are sick. Very glad that the upselling has stopped as that turned us away for a while. I’m also terrified of needles and Someyta is amazing at doing it so I can’t feel a thing!

As someone who isn’t great with needles and has had bad experiences in the past, I had an amazing experience getting my flu vaccination this evening with Somayyeh. She made the experience seamless and made me feel really comfortable and welcome. Thanks Somayyeh!

Great staff. They're so helpful and always provide guidance in regards to medicines and their substitutes. A big shout out to Grace for being very kind and helpful as always. The best pharmacy outlet in the North for me.

I have been seeing Natalie the counsellor at Pharmacy 777 for almost 2 years, she has assisted me with various mental health issues (postnatal depression, anxiety, depression, ADHD ect). Natalie is always patient, empathetic and consistent. I strongly recommend her.

I bought a $1800 resmed CPAP machine from this location & in just 13 months, I have had the most terrible experience to date.it's been repaired 4 times, 3 of which was for the same fault which caused water damage to my bedside table. They have repaired parts of the machine each time but don't care enough about the damage it's caused & my out of pocket expenses. The staff don't have any urgency in following up not just with me but with the supplier to push them for a resolution. They seem to think it's got nothing to do with them. DO NOT BUY ANY EQUIPMENT from this location as their after sales service ability is below consumer standards.

Got my booster dose done here. Appreciate great customer service from the lady Ms. LiFung Tan who in particular. Highly recommended her and will be back in again. Thanks.

Sadly if you go here doesn't matter how long you have been waiting for if a methadone user just walks in by passing the cue they get served it's disgusting how the workers there treat customers they also have very limited stock honestly if your in the area go to chemist warehouse you will also save a few bucks

I would like to acknowledgement the young mans excellent customer service and care provided to me today 19/01. Although the pharmacy was fairly busy, he still went out of his way to thoroughly explain my medication to me and even printed out a facts sheet!

I had my covid 19 booster today. Somayyeh gave it to me and I never felt a thing. If I didn’t feel a slight ache in my arm now I would think I hadn’t had it. Thanks Somayyeh, I know you are all working very hard right now and it’s appreciated.

I strongly recommend to check and compare prices before purchasing any item from this pharmacy.
I bought two items today which I paid almost double!
One item $30 in Woolworths and Chemist Warehouse and I paid $54!
The other one a prescription which is about $8 at Chemist Warehouse and I paid to this pharmacy $25!
What a ripoff

I can honestly say 777 Nollamara is one of the greatest pharmacy’s I have visited. I initially went to purchase medication for my autoimmune condition and was greeted by Rose who is one of the main pharmacists. She assisted me with a warm welcoming smile. After my purchase she brought to my attention that she can help me through a holistic approach. At first I was reluctant but I gave it a try and I can’t express how life changing this experience has been. I have had several private consultations with her for more than 6 months and my autoimmune/digestive issues have improved dramatically. She is always friendly, thoughtful, and puts my concerns first. Every time we have a session together I feel like I’m in safe hands. I cannot speak more highly of her. I would say meeting Rose has been a gift from god and I would recommend her to anyone seeking help with their health issues.
