Really nice friendly family vet. The staff are so caring and I always feel my dog Indy is in good hands. They are very genuine and compassionate.
They follow up with courtesy calls to see how your pet is going. The vets are very professional and provide estimates along with the best course of treatment when it’s needed. A very good service and you can tell they focus on care and attention. Highly recommended

I took my cat here for emergency care after it was attacked. After flushing the wounds doing some dental work, they sent the cat home, with plans to follow up two days later. He was delirious, desperately thirsty but too weak to drink so he just lay by his water bowl, as he bled over the floor, and he did not look like he would last the night. We took him to vet emergency, who were appalled that the cat had been released in such a state. When I raised this as an issue, PetStock maintained that the care offered was the best plan for him. I would not recommend trusting this practise with your pet.

After trying many other vets in the area, we now only go to PETStock VET Midland for our 2 cats and our 2 dogs. Everyone we have met has been friendly, very caring, and professional. The vets are (thank God!) knowledgeable and clearly love what they do and the pets they look after. We can't thank them enough for their work and their overall loveliness.

Friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait long. Good variety of treats, toys, and bedding got exactly what we needed. They had stock of all types of food as well!

The person serving me was a very nice girl, she was very helpful getting a trolley for Me and putting the straw on the trolley for Me. It was the only place l could find straw in Midland

Grooming-
My dad took his two lil dogs to this groomer. One of which is a papillon. The groomer has been asked on 3 occasions specifically never to cut the beautiful fringe on the papillon as it is a papillons main feature. She has repeatedly ignored specific requests and has cut his ears, legs and stomach. Absolutely arrogant to assume she knows better than the customer and I wouldn’t trust the groomer to do as you ask. This show dog now looks like a mix breed. Very disappointing. My parents won’t be returning with their two dogs.

I took my beautiful cat Zorro to be euthanised after a tragic life of abuse and was dumped at a wonderful cat shelter then into our care. For four years we loved and adored this wonderful animal. The decision to end his 20 years of life was so tough. Dr Jennifer guided me through what was going to happen and she was wonderful. It was difficult to leave my boy in her care but was made easier that I trusted and built a rapport with her after this being our first visit. My boy was diabetic and the Insulin just wasn't assisting anymore and fleas were starting to take over despite our best efforts. I love you Zorro my boy and you have made my living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder that much easier. I will see you again my beautiful friend. Thankyou to Dr Jennifer and the team at PETstock!

Kept our lab in overnight after she got out and was found. They were great and didn’t charge us. Unfortunately our next experience wasn’t so good. Kept waiting for an hour with no explanation or indication of how long they might be. We left in the end and went to a different place so I guess it depends on the day.

The staff and always super friendly and help me put with whatever I need. A number of them know me by name and always ask how my dogs are going

We can not thank Pet Stock Vet enough for everything they do. The team as a whole are so warm and so caring. We regularly have to take our dog in, but the team are always looking after her with so much respect and love. Thank you for all the phone calls to keep us informed of how she’s doing when we have had to keep her there with you, and for the phone calls to see how’s shes feeling when she’s home. The veterinarian is very thorough and so are the staff. Thank you so much

Great place to get your furry friend groomed and washed. Been 2 times so far and both times were done really well. Friendly staff too.

We used to take our beloved puppies elsewhere until one day they gave our girl injections we weren't told about or that she needed. Since moving to Pet Vet Midland it has always been a great experience with the highest level of customer service. The veterinarians there have always been so caring towards our dogs and have seen us through some hard times after we lost our boy to lymphoma. They were a great support to us and continue to see our girl and newly adopted boy. Amazing team who genuinely care about your furry family.

This is the only pet store i will ever shop at.not because they have a vet attached not because the staff are friendly not because my puppy goes to school there not because there open 7 days a week. But because my past dog died and they were very caring. There's no other pet store as far as I care

Helpful and friendly staff, took the time to engage with our 5yo who was choosing a Christmas gift for our woofer. A bit pricey maybe?

Absolutely awesome people, service and price. Had my 2 furbabies teeth done for half the price my usual vet wanted to charge me AND came home with a bunch of freebies! Vets and nurses super friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely happy with my experience here.
