Staff are very friendly and are very eager to help. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants there pets looked after with care.

We have used PETstock Midland for our previous Mini Schnauzer and the staff were always kind, helpful and on their game. The care we were shown when it was time for our Monty to cross the rainbow bridge was more than we could have hoped for. We recently had our new Mini treated at Midland and although we are no longer in the area I will continue to have Ernie treated there.

I always take my cat here (midland petstock) when she needs a check up or a visit. The front desk staff are always so lovely. The lay out has a little section for cats and provide pheromone towels to wrap your cat to help calm them down which is amazing. The vets are super friendly and explain everything thoroughly, recommend me the best products for my cat. And of course they are very gentle with my cat and she trusts them and isn't afraid of visiting. 10/10 recommend

Staff are always friendly and remember my dog whenever I call or come in. Follow up appointments to check my dogs health is very much welcome. Vets explain in detail what the issue is and don't talk down to you. Only down side is they are expensive. Although I'm not about to put a price tag on my dogs life.

All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We are a senior couple with a rescue pup but were never made to feel conscious of our age. The Vet was amazing. Thank you all.

Great experience getting my damaged hound repaired. Reception was excellent, Doctor Dan explained everything prior to starting and did a great job. Thanks Kristy for the pre-visit calming drugs, they worked a treat for a nervous Cattle Dog!

Came in about a week ago with my Friend and her daughter to get some fish. Took a while for someone to see if we needed anything, and once we did the man was very rude. Tattoos all up and down his arms.
We talked with him about gold fish he was very rude, he told us very wrong information as we have had fish for years.
Then when we were almost ready to pick our fish he walked off and didn't come back.
After telling my friends daughter why we weren't getting fish today
We walked out but no one said have a great day or anything

Never coming back there

My mum and i HATE to be karen’s about this, but unfortunately after today’s visit we will be: (
we walked in to grab a bed for our big boomba dog and had found the perfect one in the 30% off basket at the front, woo! As we got to the counter to sort out the discounting process (because it would’ve been $214 more or less), the gentleman with blue-ish hair serving us, had said that it was put in the wrong basket.we were a little disappointed with the false advertising, even if it was a mistake.it also would’ve been lovely if we had received at least an apology for the stuff up and maybe given us a little discount anyway for the inconvenience.instead, the man that served us rolled his eyes at the lady serving next to him, i guess rudely thinking we were being too much.we apologise if that was considered ‘a pain in the ass’, but me being someone who works in hospitality ‘and’ retail, we would’ve appreciated better customer service and friendliness.no hard feelings guys! Just a little constructive criticism://

Please if your pet is really sick don't go here. They're good for general check ups or vaccinations but if there's a situation that may require more urgent treatment then this is not the place. We took in our cat and yes the vet was very friendly and reassuring but they charged us for an injection that our cat didn't even have and then made us transfer him because he bit a nurse. You're a vet, there's a lot worse things that could happen to you than a cat bite. We almost put him down because of them when it turns out he can be treated with simple medication.

Great customer service has Chloe swapping over the slightly too small winter jacket for my doggy and she called me first thing this morning to let me know that they have it in stock just like she promised me yesterday. Thank you Chloe your are a super star!

I can’t thank the team enough for taking care of my boy. He is a huge sookie 4yr old German shepherd and was terrified of the new surroundings. Everyone was so patient and kind with him. Thank you so much.

So i brought in a pee sample from my dying dog, and all the "receptionist" was worried about was me keeping my mask up when i was speaking and told me as such, which i was offended considering the circumstance of my visit. Yes i know the rules, but i was nowhere near "her". I'll get my results from my poor dogs urinalysis and take my business elsewhere.

No mention of when i would get the results or nothing, i had to drag it out or "her" and asked when i would get the results back. Tuesday 25/01 i dropped off the pee sample, and my poor dog is suffering from whatever ailment he has.no compassion shown.

Shame on you Pet stock, this makes me sad. Happy
Australia day, but not so much for my dog.

Just took my two black labs for there yearly shots. Stephan the Vet was exceptional, very professional and caring. Freddy was especially impressed so I won’t go anywhere else from now on

I brought my very sick cat, Coco in and I thought she wouldn't make it. The staff were gentle, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They informed me every step of the way and went out of their way to help.
Coco made a full recovery and I am forever grateful.
